المستخلص: تتكون خريطة الأعمال الإصلاحية في الأمة من مزيج من التوجهات المختلفة: التوجه التربوي، التوجه التنموي، التوجه السياسي، ويقف البناء الحضاري -من وراء ذلك كله- ساعيا إلى تشكيل بنية إنسانية معتمدة على فكر تربوي يواكب التغيرات المحلية والعالمية بتحدياتها المتلاحقة على الإنسان. وقد تعددت الإشكاليات المعوقة لأداء المعلم لدوره في البناء الحضاري للإنسان، والتي تبرز في: وجود انفصال بين برامج إعداد المعلم الحالية وما يحتاجه المعلم على أرض الواقع للقيام بواجبه مع الطلاب على اختلاف مستوياتهم، حيث يرتكز الإعداد على طرق تعليم وتعلم تقليدية، ومواد دراسية تقوم على التلقين والحفظ، مما لا يسهم في تكوين عقلية ناقدة لمعلمي المستقبل، ولا ينبغي إغفال تشبع السياق المدرسي -المحيط بعمل المعلم ومهنته -بجملة من الأفكار غير السوية التي يتشربها الطلاب دون وعي، وتركيز السلطة داخل المدرسة في عدد محدود من الأفراد، وسيادة نمط العلاقات غير الديمقراطية في إدارة المدرسة، وتهاون المعلمين في الالتزام بأداء واجباتهم نتيجة الوضع المتردي لهم؛ مما أدى إلى تحول هذه المهنة المحترمة إلى وصمة اجتماعية، عوضا عن أن تكون مصدر فخر واعتزاز لصاحبها. ويهدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن الآليات اللازمة للمعلم للإسهام في عملية البناء الحضاري للإنسان. وقد اعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي، وخلص إلى جملة من النتائج منها؛ ضرورة تكاتف مؤسسات التربية النظامية وغير النظامية في عملية البناء الحضاري للإنسان، وأن التربية الحضارية للشخصية الإنسانية تتطلب وجود معلم يؤمن برسالته التربوية، ويلتزم بالمنهج الحضاري فكرا وسلوكا، وكذا يتوقف نجاح المؤسسة التربوية في تحقيق أهدافها المتعلقة بإعداد الإنسان الحضاري على فعالية المعلم وإعداده الجيد وحماسه لرسالته.

The map of the reformist actions in the nation consists ofa mixture of different directions: the educational orientation, the developmental orientation, the political orientation, and the civilized construction- behind it all- striving to form a human structure based on educational thought that accompanies the local and global changes with its successive challenges on the human being. The problems that impede the teacher's. performance of his role in the civilizational structure of the human being are numerous, which emerge in: There is a disconnect between the current teacher preparation programs and what the teacher needs on the ground to carry out his duty with students at all levels, as the preparation is based on traditional teaching and learning methods, and study materials based on Indoctrination and memorization, which does not contribute to forming a critical mindset for future teachers, and the saturation of the school context- which surrounds the teacher's work and profession- should not be overlooked with a set of inappropriate ideas that students unconsciously absorb, the concentration of power within the school in a limited number of individuals, and the dominance of the pattern of relationships is The Democracy in school administration, and the negligence of teachers in committing to performing their duties as a result of the deteriorating situation for them, which led to the transformation of this respectable profession into a social stigma, rather than being a source of pride and pride to its owner. The current research aims to reveal the mechanisms necessary for the teacher to contribute to the process of civilization of the human being. The research adopted the descriptive approach, and concluded with a set of results, including: the necessity of solidarity institutions of formal and informal education in the process of civilization for the human being, and that civilization education for the human personality requires the presence of a teacher who believes in his educational mission, and adheres to the cultural approach in thought and behavior, as well as the success of the educational institution in Achieving its goals related to preparing the civilized person for the teacher's effectiveness, good preparation and enthusiasm for his mission.
