مدار هذا المقال هو الخطاب التعليمي (الجامعي). نحاول فيه اختبار هذا المفهوم الفضفاض الذي لم يأخذ حقه من الدراسة والمعالجة الجادتين على مستوى متابعة الممارسات التعليمية الجامعية (العربية). نطرحه ههنا من ناحية وضعه بين فكين هما: التبسيط العلمي وهمومه من جهة، والممارسات التنميطية وقيودها وضغوطها من جهة ثانية. نقترح بعض الخصائص المتعلقة بالخطاب التعليمي مجسدة بأمثلة هي من وحي التجربة ومحللة على إثر انتزاعها من الواقع التعليمي الجامعي (الجزائري)، وذلك نظرا للتعريفات الواهية المتوفرة في شأنه. ننتقل بعد ذلك إلى تسليط الأضواء على قرينه أي (الخطاب التبسيط العلمي) الذي نتناوله - هو الآخر - من زاوية الإشكالية المطروحة وفي سبيل الإفادة منه نظرا لتقاطعه مع شريكه. ثم نخلص إلى وضع جملة من مقترحات قابلة للنقاش والنقد. وعليه، تصحب هذا المقال نزعة تحليلية صارمة تستهدف إعادة تشكيلة التسميات والمفاهيم المتعلقة ضمنيا أو الموثقة رسميا ضمن سنن تعامل الثقافة المعنية بمجموع الخطابات الناتجة عنها بما فيها النمط الذي يخصنا ههنا. This article gives an account of the concept called "University Discourse" approached, in the case of the culture specific to the Arab world under the problem of the constraints of what is commonly called "Scientific Vulgarisation" which is struggling to emerge, if not to clear up, in the culture with Arab tradition, with reference to the language, and of that which relates to the norm - or normalization - linguistic (phraseologies, scriptural practices). There is everything in this contradictory assertion: first of all the article examines the justification of said "contradictory assertion". A detour of floating definitions goes without saying. Then our text will be assigned a set of suggestions whose product will not be immune to criticism. Hence the spirit of analysis and reconfiguration of the names and concepts which relate to them implicitly or officially cataloged in the rites of discourses mainly specific to the culture obviously mentioned. Cet article rend compte du concept appelé "Discours Universitaire" abordé, dans le cas de la culture propre au monde arabe sous le problème des contraintes de ce qui est communément appelé "Vulgarisation Scientifique" qui peine à émerger, si ne pas éclaircir, dans la culture de tradition arabe, par rapport à la langue, et de celle qui se rapporte à la norme - ou normalisation - linguistique (phraséologies, pratiques scripturales). Il y a tout dans cette affirmation contradictoire : tout d'abord l'article examine la justification de cette "affirmation contradictoire". Un détour de définitions flottantes va sans dire. Ensuite, notre texte se verra attribuer un ensemble de suggestions dont le produit ne sera pas à l'abri des critiques. D'où l'esprit d'analyse et de reconfiguration des noms et des concepts qui s'y rapportent implicitement ou officiellement catalogués dans les rites de discours principalement propres à la culture évidemment évoquée. |
