المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة برمي الجمرات، فيبين مفهوم الرمي وحكمه وشروط صحته، ويوضح كيفية الرمي وآثاره، وذلك بشكل مختصر، ويعرض مشكلة الرمي التي يقع فيها عدد من الحجاج مبيناً أسبابها المختلفة، ومشيراً إلى الدراسات المعاصرة فيها. ويهدف البحث إلى إبراز أوجه التيسير عند العلماء في رمي الجمرات للمساهمة في حل إحدى المعضلات التي تواجه الحجاج سنوياً، وقد توصلت بالبحث إلى عدة نتائج تساعد الحجاج والمشرفين على رفع المشقة في منسك رمي الجمرات، ومنها: رمي الجمرات واجب وليس بركن، فمن تركه انجبر حجه بدم، وجواز التقديم والتأخير في أعمال يوم النحر الأربعة وبلا كفارة، وجواز رمي جمرة العقبة الكبرى من فجر يوم النحر إلى فجر اليوم التالي، وللضعفة والنساء وأمثالهم الرمي بعد منتصف الليل، وجواز رمي أيام التشريق قبل الزوال، وسقوط رمي اليوم الثالث من أيام التشريق لمن أحب أن يتعجل. ومن هذه النتائج أيضاً: جواز الاستنابة في الرمي لمن كان عاجزاً أو مريضاً أو يخشى زحاماً أو نحو ذلك، ومن ترك الجمرات كلها أو ترك جمرة واحدة أو أكثر فعليه الدم، ومن ترك حصاة أو ما هو دون نصف الجمرة فعليه الصدقة، والإجزاء في أخذ الحجارة من أي موضع، والرمي بما رمي به، والرمي من أي جهة كانت، وضرورة استخدام الوسائل الحديثة.

The research deals with the jurisprudences which have relation with throwing the stones. It clarified the concept of throwing, its philosophy, and the conditions of its validity. It clarifies the process of throwing and its effect briefly; it discusses the problem of throwing which is committed by many pilgrims, clarifying its various reasons, indicating the modem studies in the field. The research aims at raising the various facilities of the clerks in throwing the stones to participate in solving one of the problems which faces the pilgrims every year. In the research I found few results help the pilgrims and the guides to remove the difficulty in the process of throwing the stones. From these results are the following: Throwing the stones is a must and not an element. Any one leaves a must has to immolate, and the possibility of preceding and delaying in these processes of the four immolation days without sin offering, and the possibility of throwing the great obstacle stones, is from the dawn of the immolation day to the dawn of the following day, and for enabled people, the women and the similarity can throw the stones after midnight, and the possibility of throwing during the immolation days before noon, and dropping the throwing of the fourth day from the immolation days for those who like to precede. From these results also: the possibility of replacing in throwing for the unabled or the patient, or the one who fears the crowds, and anyone who leaves all the stones or leaves one or more has to immolate, and any one who leaves a stone or less than half of the stones, he should pay a charity, the possibility of taking the stones from any place, and throwing them from any side, and the necessity of using modem means.
