المستخلص: Dans le cadre des mesures prises pour faire face à l'épidémie du nouveau virus Corona, le Maroc a annoncé l'état d'urgence sanitaire conformément au décret-loi n ° 2-20-292 relatif à la promulgation des dispositions relatives à l'état d'urgence sanitaire et aux procédures de déclaration, et a également publié le décret n ° L'ensemble du territoire national, afin de protéger les citoyens et d'assurer leur sécurité face aux dangers de cette pandémie. Cette annonce s'est accompagnée de la promulgation d'un ensemble de textes législatifs et réglementaires, parmi lesquels l'imposition de l'usage obligatoire des masques de protection, selon un communiqué conjoint des ministères de l'Intérieur, de la Santé, de l'Économie, des Finances et de la Réforme administrative.

As part of the measures taken to deal with the epidemic of the new Corona virus, Morocco has announced a state of health emergency in accordance with decree-law No. 2-20-292 relating to the promulgation of provisions relating to the state of health, emergency and declaration procedures. Also, it published Decree No. for whole of the national territory, in order to protect citizens and ensure their safety in the face of the dangers of this pandemic.
