Judicial efficiency, in its constitutional definition, means presenting fair sentences within logical delays and with speed and flexibility the litigant requires. In this frame, the judicial authority ,public prosecution, ministry of justice, bar association took many precautionary measures against Covid panademic in order to proceed sentencing fair judgment in due time. The first decision the judiciary authority made on 5 of March was instructing seriously all judicial responsible and other administrative stuff to ensure that they tighten access to the courts and suspend all court sessions except for emergency cases in an approach that balances maintainig safety of the litigants, judges, court clerks, lawyers, judicial commissioner And all those involved in the justice system one the one hand. On the other hand, ensuring the continuity of judicial facility to perform judicial services with ease and speed therefore, many virtual plaforms have been created and other communication tools are used such as phones, WhatsApp, and fax in addition to having meetings with responsible through video conference technique to ensure communication with all justice staff. |
