المستخلص: The region of Ouarzazate which is characterized by its geological, mineralogical and palaeontological wealth represents a real geological and mining museum via many natural resources in its subsoil. It has become a pole of attraction for several mining activities that seek to exploit this important deposit and offers to all its region a leading position in the mining sector on the national territory. But how much does the Ouarzazate region benefit from and benefit from this treasure? In this perspective, the objective of this work is to highlight this museum of the treasures of the land of the region by contributing to a reflection on the economic, social and environmental development resulting from this activity.

La région d’Ouarzazate qui se caractérise par sa richesse géologique, minéralogique et paléontologique représente un vrai musée géologique et minier via de nombreuses ressources naturelles dans son sous-sol. Elle est devenue un pôle d’attraction pour plusieurs activités minières qui cherchent à exploiter cet important gisement et offre à toute sa région une position de leader dans le secteur minier sur le territoire national. Mais en fait, à quel point la région d’Ouarzazate bénéficie et tire profit de ce trésor? Dans cette perspective, l’objectif de ce travail est de mettre en relief ce musée des trésors de la terre de la région en contribuant à une réflexion en matière de développement économique, social et environnemental résultant de cette activité.
