المستخلص: This study seeks to achieve a major goal: quantitative monitoring and qualitative interpretation of perceptions and attitudes of journalists working in newsrooms and leaders in Egyptian newspapers institutions towards using artificial intelligence techniques in its newsrooms, and determine the degree of readiness to adopt these technologies, and the skills necessary to adapt to the digital media environment and the most prominent challenges and features of its future. The study was based on the construction of variables and the interpretation of their results on a set of theoretical approaches, including: The Diffusion of Innovations theory, the Technology Acceptance Model technology, and the survey method was used in both quantitative and qualitative aspects and the Systematic comparison method, The questionnaire tools, and the in-depth interview, on a sample of 150 Egyptian journalists working in newsrooms and Journalistic leaders in National and private organizations, The study reached several results, including: that 88% of the total sample of journalists and leaders emphasize the great importance of employing artificial intelligence techniques in their newsrooms. However, they indicated at the same time that a large percentage of newsrooms are not ready to using these tools due to the lack of modernization of their organizational structures And the lack of adoption of quality systems, as well as the lack of algorithms for editing texts in the Arabic version, and declining investment and financing in this technology. The results of the study showed that one of the most important positive effects of artificial intelligence techniques and their using in newsrooms is that they provide a more comfortable work environment for journalists, and they change their roles and empty them of creative tasks, and also help to examine the facts quickly and reliably. And that the most important challenges that stand in front of employing these technologies are the technical and technological challenges, then the organizational and institutional challenges, as well as the economic, professional, and ethical challenges.

سعت الدراسة إلى تحقيق هدف رئيس يتمثل في: الرصد الكمي والتفسير الكيفي لتصورات ومواقف الصحفيين العاملين في غرف الأخبار والقيادات بالمؤسسات الصحفية المصرية نحو توظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي بغرف أخبارها، وتحديد درجة جاهزيتها لتبني تلك التقنيات، والمهارات اللازمة للتكيف مع بيئة العمل الجديدة وأبرز تحدياتها وملامح مستقبلها، واستندت الدراسة في بناء متغيراتها وتفسير نتائجها على نظرية نشر الأفكار المستحدثة، ونموذج قبول التكنولوجيا، كما تم توظيف منهج المسح بشقيه الكمي والكيفي، وأسلوب المقارنة المنهجية، وأداتي الاستبيان، والمقابلة المتعمقة، على عينة قوامها 150 مفردة من الصحفيين المصريين العاملين بغرف الأخبار والقيادات الصحفية بالمؤسسات القومية ولخاصة، بجانب إجراء المقابلات الإلكترونية لعينة من القيادات الصحفية، والأكاديميين، وخبراء الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج مهمة، منها: أن نسبة 88% من إجمالي العينة من الصحفيين والقيادات يؤكدون على الأهمية الكبيرة لتوظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي بغرف الأخبار الخاصة بهم، إلا أنهم أشاروا في نفس الوقت إلى عدم جاهزية نسبة كبيرة من غرف الأخبار لتوظيف هذه الأدوات نتيجة عدم تحديث الهياكل التنظيمية بها، وعدم تبني أنظمة الجودة، بجانب عدم توفر خوارزميات لتحرير النصوص بالنسخة العربية، وتراجع الاستثمار والتمويل في هذه التقنية. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن من اهم التأثيرات الإيجابية لتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وتوظيفها في غرف الأخبار أنها توفر بيئة عمل أكثر راحة للصحفيين، وتعمل على تغير أدوارهم وتفرغهم للمهام الإبداعية، كما تساعد على فحص الحقائق بشكل سريع وموثوق، وأن اهم التحديات التي تقف أمام توظيف هذه التقنيات تتمثل في التحديات التقنية والتكنولوجية، ثم التحديات التنظيمية والمؤسسية، فالتحديات الاقتصادية، والمهنية، ولأخلاقية.
