استهدف البحث وضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور الجامعات المصرية في تحقيق المواطنة الرقمية لتعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى طلابها، مستخدما البحث الوصفي، وتمثلت أداة البحث في استبانة بغرض التعرف على واقع كل من المواطنة الرقمية والأمن الفكري لدى طلاب جامعة المنصورة، وتم تطبيقها على عينة ممثلة من طلاب الجامعة بلغت (٢١٢٠) طالبا وطالبة. وقد توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أن المواطنة الرقمية تتحقق لدى طلاب الجامعات المصرية بدرجة متوسطة، وقد جاء البعد الأخلاقي والقيمي في المرتبة الأولى في ترتيب أبعاد المواطنة الرقمية، في حين جاء البعد التكنولوجي في المرتبة الأخيرة. كما يتوافر الأمن الفكري لدى طلاب الجامعات المصرية بدرجة فوق متوسطة وقد جاء البعد الديني في المرتبة الأولى في ترتيب أبعاد الأمن الفكري، في حين جاء البعد الوطني في المرتبة الأخيرة. بالإضافة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية جيدة ومهمة بين المواطنة الرقمية والأمن الفكري، حيث يمكن أن تحقق المواطنة الرقمية دور مهم في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى طلاب الجامعة. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج تم وضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور الجامعات المصرية في تحقيق المواطنة الرقمية لتعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى طلابها.
This research aimed to provide a proposal to activate the role of Egyptian universities in achieving the digital citizenship to enhance the intellectual security to their students. For achieving this purpose, the research adopted the descriptive approach and used a questionnaire that aimed to identify the reality of both digital citizenship and intellectual security among the Students of Mansoura University. This questionnaire was applied to a representative sample of university students amounting to (2120) male and female students. The research reached some results, the main results of it were as follows: The digital citizenship among the Egyptian university students is achieved with a medium degree, the value and ethical dimensions came in the first rank in the digital citizenship dimensions ranking; while the technological dimension came in the last one, the intellectual security among the Egyptian university students is existed with a medium degree, and the religious dimension came in the first rank in the intellectual security dimensions ranking, while the national dimension came in the last one. In addition to the existence of a good and important correlation between digital citizenship and intellectual security, as the digital citizenship can fulfill an important role in enhancing the intellectual security among the university students. In the light of these results, a proposal was provided to activate the role of Egyptian universities in achieving digital citizenship to enhance the intellectual security to their students.
