المستخلص: من خلال عمل الباحثة على قيادة وتدريب فريق الكورال الخاص بجامعة المنيا تم الاشتراك في أسبوع الفتيات للجامعات المصرية الرابع المقام بذات الجامعة في سبتمبر 2016م، حيث كانت الطالبات المشاركات في الفريق من كليات غير متخصصة في التربية الموسيقية، ومن هنا جاءت فكرة البحث الراهن وهي تجميع هذه المواهب الصوتية من الطالبات وتدريبهم بطرق علمية سليمه على الأداء الجيد، وإبراز دور العنصر النسائي في إظهار طاقتهم في عمل فني مفيد، ومن ناحية أخرى إظهار الجانب الابتكاري لدي الباحثة من خلال عمل توزيعات صوتية لبعض الأعمال الغنائية بما يتناسب مع الإمكانيات الصوتية للطالبات والتدريب على أداء أكثر من صوت لطالبات غير متخصصات، وتم الاشتراك في المسابقة الغنائية والحصول على المركز الأول على الجامعات المصرية لفريق الكورال، وقد جاءت فكرة تنظير هذا العمل المدون لأكثر من صوت في وجود أعضاء لجنة التحكيم المتخصصة في الموسيقى العربية وهم : - أ.د / مصطفى عبد السلام على (أستاذ الموسيقى العربية ووكيل كلية التربية النوعية –جامعة المنيا). - أ.د / إيهاب حامد عبد العظيم (أستاذ الموسيقى العربية ووكيل كلية التربية النوعية –جامعة الزقازيق). - أ.د / طارق سمير محمد (أستاذ ورئيس قسم التربية الموسيقية كلية التربية النوعية –جامعة القاهرة). وقد قسمت هذه الدراسة إلى الأجزاء التالية: الجزء الأول وهو مقدمة البحث وتحتوي على: حدود البحث – إجراءات البحث – مصطلحات البحث – الدراسات السابقة المرتبطة بموضوع البحث. الجزء الثاني وهو الإطار النظري، ويحتوي على: نبذة عن جامعة المنيا – طبيعة أعضاء الفرقة– تعريف قيادة الفرقة الموسيقية الغنائية –مقومات قائد الفرقة الناجح–دور قائد الفرقة الموسيقية – نبذة عن ملحنين الأعمال الغنائية الخاصة بفقرات الحفل (عينة البحث). الجزء الثالث: وتناولت فيه الباحثة الإطار التحليلي (الوصفي) لفقرات الحفل (عينة البحث)، واختتمت الباحثة هذه الدراسة بالنتائج ثم توصيات البحث، ثم قائمة المراجع العلمية المستخدمة ثم ملخص البحث.

Through the researcher's work to lead and train the choir team at Minia University, the participation in the fourth girls' week for Egyptian universities, which was held at the same university in September 2016 AD, where the female students participating in the team were from colleges not specialized in musical education, hence the idea of the current research, which is to collect these The vocal talents of the female students and training them in sound scientific methods to perform well, highlighting the role of the female component in showing their energy in a useful artistic work, and on the other hand, showing the innovative side of the researcher by making vocal distributions of some singing works in proportion to the students' vocal capabilities and training to perform more From a voice to non-specialized students, and the singing competition was entered and first place was awarded to the Egyptian universities for the choir team, and the idea of theorizing this work written for more than one voice came in the presence of members of the jury specialized in Arabic music, and they are: - Prof. Dr. Mustafa Abdel Salam Ali (Professor of Arabic Music and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education - Minia University). - Prof. Dr. Ihab Hamed Abdel Azim (Professor of Arabic Music and Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education - Zagazig University). - Prof. Dr. Tariq Samir Mohamed (Professor and Head of the Department of Music Education, Faculty of Specific Education - Cairo University) This study was divided into the following parts: The first part is the introduction to the research and it contains: research boundaries - search procedures - search terms - previous studies related to the research topic. The second part, which is the theoretical framework, and it contains: About Minia University - the nature of the band members - definition of the leadership of the singing band - the components of a successful band leader - the role of the band leader - an overview of the composers of the lyrical works of the concert paragraphs (research sample). The third part: in which the researcher dealt with the analytical (descriptive) framework for the concert paragraphs (the research sample), and the researcher concluded this study with results, then research recommendations, then a list of scientific references used and then a summary of the research.
