|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتحقيق النجاح الاستراتيجي للجامعات المصرية في ضوء الاستفادة من مدخل القيادة الريادية، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق هدفها، وتناولت الدراسة الإطار الفكري للقيادة الريادية وواقع تطبيقها بالجامعات المصرية وكذلك الأسس الفكرية للنجاح الاستراتيجي بالتعليم الجامعي، وعرضت الدراسة أيضا بعض الخبرات المميزة لتطبيق القيادة الريادية ببعض الجامعات الرائدة عالميا، وانتهت الدراسة بعرض تصور مقترح ، والذى تضمن مبرراته، وأهدافه، وأسسه ومنطلقاته، ومحدداته، ومعالمه وآليات تنفيذه والتي منها: التزام ودعم القيادات الجامعية للتغلب على مقاومة التغيير وضمان نجاح تطبيق القيادة الريادية وترسيخ ونشر الثقافة الريادية بين جميع أعضاء المجتمع الجامعي وربطها بالأهداف الاستراتيجية للجامعات المصرية ونتائج الأداء؛ تشجع على الإبداع والابتكار، وتنمية الوعى بأهمية تطبيق القيادة الريادية، ودعم أنشطة البحث والتطوير من أجل تحقيق البقاء والاستمرارية والنمو، ومن ثم تتمكن الجامعات المصرية من التحول نحو الجامعات الرائدة الناجحة استراتيجيا.

|b The current study aimed to present a proposed vision for achieving the strategic success of Egyptian universities by using the approach of entrepreneurial leadership, the study used the descriptive method to achieve its goal, indicating the intellectual framework of the entrepreneurial leadership and the reality of its application in Egyptian universities as well as the intellectual foundations for strategic success in university education. The study demonstrated also the distinguished experiences of some the world's leading universities in which the entrepreneurial leadership is implemented, and the study ended with the presentation of a proposed vision, which included its justifications, objectives, foundations, principles, determinants, features and implementation mechanisms, which include: commitment and support of university leaders to overcome resistance to change and ensure the success of the implementation of entrepreneurial leadership and the consolidation and dissemination of culture Entrepreneurship among all members of the university community and linking it to the strategic goals of Egyptian universities and performance results; Encourages creativity and innovation, developing awareness of the importance of implementing entrepreneurial leadership, and supporting research and development activities in order to support the continuity and growth, and then Egyptian universities to be one of the strategically successful entrepreneurial universities.
