أصبحت الخدمات المصرفية من ضروريات أي مجتمع، لأنها توضح التطور الذي وصل إليه ذلك المجتمع، لذا فقط حظي هذا الجانب بالاهتمام الكبير من جميع الدول والمؤسسات، وتمثل الرادة السكانية ضغطا كبير على الخدمات المصرفية. تقع مدينة بورسعيد عند التقاء دائرة عرض 18ً – 10◌ً – 31 ْ وخط طول 15◌ً-22ً – 32 ْ، وتبلغ مساحتها 1345 كم2 وعدد سكانها ٥٩٢٥٦٠ نسمة عام ٢٠١٦، ويحد محافظة بورسعيد شمالاً البحر المتوسط، وجنوبا محافظة الإسماعيلية، وشرقاً محافظة شمال سيناء، ومن الغرب محافظتي دمياط والدقهلية، ومن الجنوب الغربي محافظة الشرقية. وتهدف الدراسة إلى الوقوف على التطور العالمي والمحلى للخدمات المصرفية وتصنيفها، بالإضافة إلى معرفة التوزيع الجغرافي لهذه الخدمة على مستوى الشوارع وأحياء المدينة، وفى نفس الوقت دراسة سهولة الوصول إليها من خلال التكلفة الزمنية والتكلفة المادية ووسيلة النقل التي يستخدمها المستفيدين من هذه الخدمة، كما ركزت الدراسة على إبراز استخدامات الخدمات المصرفية بأنواعها الثلاثة (البنوك - مكاتب الصرفة - ماكينات الصراف الآلي) وخصائص المستفيدين منها، هذا إلى جانب إجراء التحليل الكمي من خلال كثافة الخدمة ومعدل التردد وفترات الذروة والركود واختيار نوع الخدمة ومستوى الرضا، وفى النهاية استعرض الباحث أهم المشكلات التي تواجه الخدمات المصرفية واقتراح حلول لها.
Banking has become one of the necessities of any society, because it describes the development reached by that society, so this study has won great attention from all countries and institutions, accounting for population growth considerable pressure on banking services. Port Said is Located at the confluence of the circle Beam 18 10 315 and longitude 152 232 5, with an area of 1345 km2 and a population of 592,560 inhabitants in 2016, limits Port Said Governorate north Mediterranean, and south of Ismailia, and east of North Sinai province, to the west governorates of Damietta, Dakahlia, and the southwest province. The study aims to stand on global development and local banking services and classification, as well as knowledge of the geographical distribution of the service on the streets and neighborhoods of the city level, and at the same time, the study of accessibility within the time cost and material cost of transport and the means used by the beneficiaries of this service, as the study focused to highlight the use of banking services three types and characteristics of the beneficiaries, along with an analysis of quantitative through the service intensity and the rate of frequency and peak periods, recession and choose the type of service and the level of satisfaction, and ultimately researcher reviewed the most important problems facing the banking and propose solutions.
