المستخلص: في غمرة الانتشار المتزايد لفيروس كورونا وما أحدثه من صدمة عنيفة باتت تهدد توازن الأسر المصرية، خاصة وإن أصيب أحد أفرادها بالفيروس وتم عزله منزلياً، مما يستدعي من ربة الأسرة إدارة خضراء مرتكزة على الإجراءات والممارسات صديقة البيئة التي تقيها وأفراد أسرتها من العدوى ويحفظ للأسرة توازنها في هذا الوقت العصيب. لذا هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى دراسة العلاقة بين الوعي بالإدارة الخضراء والتوازن الأسري لدى ربات الأسر أثناء العزل المنزلي لمصاب فيروس كورونا، حيث تم استيفاء البيانات من خلال التطبيق الإلكتروني لأدوات الدراسة (استمارة البيانات العامة، استبياني الوعي بالإدارة الخضراء، التوازن الأسري) على عينة صدفية غرضية قوامها (500) ربة أسرة من القائمات على رعاية أحد أفراد أسرتها المصاب بفيروس كورونا بمحافظة الشرقية، وقد اتبع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم تحليل البيانات ومعالجتها إحصائياً باستخدام برنامج (Spss)، وتوصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج كان أهمها: أن الوعي بالإدارة الخضراء لدى ربات الأسر ذوات كان منخفضاً بنسبة بلغت 61.0%، وكان لديهن مستوى متوسط من التوازن الأسري بنسبة 44.8%، كما تبين وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائياً عند 0.001 بين الوعي بالإدارة الخضراء بمحاورها والتوازن الأسري بمحاوره، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين ربات الأسر في الوعي بالإدارة الخضراء تبعاً للحالة السكنية لصالح المنفردة، وتبعاً لعمل ربة الأسرة لصالح العاملات، تبعاً لمساحة المسكن لصالح المساكن المميزة (160م2 فأكثر)، تبعاً لتعليم ربة الأسرة، الدخل الشهري لصالح المرتفع، كما وجودت فروق دالة إحصائياً بين ربات الأسر في التوازن الأسري تبعاً لطبيعة عمل الزوج لصالح الحكومى، وتبعاً للمرحلة العمرية للمصاب لصالح فئة المراهقين والشباب، وتبعاً لمستوى تعليم ربة الأسرة لصالح المرتفع، وتبعاً للمرأة والمؤسسات المنوطة بها للاستراتيجية المقترحة "لتعزيز الوعي بالإدارة الخضراء لدى ربات الأسر أثناء العزل المنزلي لمصاب الكورونا" لنشر الوعي الأخضر بكافة المجالات الحياتية.

Where the data were completed through the electronic application of the study tools (the initial data form, the two measures of awareness of green management, family balance) on an objective psoriasis sample consisting of (500) housewives in Sharkia governorate, and this study followed the descriptive analytical approach, The data were analyzed and statistically processed using (Spss.) program. The awareness of green management in Women heads of households with a low rate of 61.0%, and they had an average level of household balance by 44.8%, and a positive statistically significant correlation of 0.001 between awareness of green management of its axes and the family balance of its axes, and the presence of statistically significant differences between the Housewives in Awareness of green management according to the housing situation in favor of the individual, and to the work of the Housewive for the benefit of the workers, to the size of the dwelling in favor of the distinct housing , to the education of the Housewives , the monthly income in favor of the high, and there were also statistically significant differences between the averages of the degrees of Housewives in the family balance to the nature of the husband's work in favor of the government, and according to the age stage of the afflicted in favor of the adolescent and youth group, and to the education level of the Housewives in favor of the high. Depending on the number of family members in favor of less than 4 members. The research recommended activating the National Council for Women and the institutions entrusted to it for the proposed strategy "to enhance awareness of green management among women heads of households during home isolation for a Coronavirus patient" to spread green awareness in all areas of life.
