المستخلص: Divorce has been defined as a social and psychological phenomenon that has accompanied human societies from ancient times to the present day, as a negative phenomenon, causing the loss of an important part of the building, composition, and functions of the family and the consequent destruction and termination of marital relations. At the same time, it causes deprivation of family stability for the child and thus leads to problems related to his or her social relations.

عرف الطلاق كظاهرة اجتماعية ونفسية صاحبت المجتمعات الإنسانية منذ القدم إلى يومنا هذا، كظاهرة سلبية، تحدث فقدان جزء هام من بناء وتركيبة ووظائف الأسرة وما ينجر عن ذلك من هدم وإنهاء العلاقات الزوجية، وفي الوقت نفسه تسبب الحرمان من الاستقرار الأسري لدى الطفل ومن ثم مشكلات تتعلق بعلاقاته الاجتماعية.

Le divorce comme un phénomène social et psychologique a accompagné les sociétés humaines depuis l'antiquité jusqu’ au nos jours, comme un phénomène négative, qui produise 'une perde d’une partie importante de la construction et la composition et les fonctions de la famille ; et ce qui traîne la démolition et la cessation des relations conjugales et provoque ainsi la stabilité de la famille chez l’enfant, puis des problèmes dans ces liens sociaux.
