المستخلص: Economic reforms have greatly contributed to the liberalization of economic activity and the withdrawal of the State's role in it. It has also eliminated the criminal punishment for practices committed at the market level. All these factors have led to the establishment of independent administrative authorities. Among the top of such authorities is the Competition Council, which has a broad task of maintaining and promoting competition. In general, it has been entrusted with the task of controlling and monitoring the market. However, it is not the only one in charge of doing so. Ministry of Commerce also participates in all activities related to the field of competition and intervenes whenever there is a violation of its rules. Les réformes économiques ont largement contribuées en matière de libération des activités économiques, et le retrait du rôle de l’état en plus, et de la dépénalisation des pratiques commises… toutes ces phénomènes ont entrainés a la création des autorités administratives indépendantes et en premier lieu le conseil de la concurrence, qui lui ont été attribué une mission large dans le domaine de la préservation et la promotion de la concurrence, et d’une façon générale une mission de contrôle du marché et de sa régulation, mais ce conseil n’est pas le seul qui est chargé de cette mission le ministère du commerce partage aussi ce rôle avec lui, dans toutes les activités concernant le domaines de la concurrence et a chaque fois qu’il y’a une entrave a ces règles.

لقد ساهمت الإصلاحات الاقتصادية كثيراً في تحرير النشاط الاقتصادي وانسحاب دور الدولة فيه، بالإضافة إلى إزالة العقاب الجنائي عن الممارسات المرتكبة على مستوى السوق، وقد أدت كل هذه العوامل إلى إنشاء سلطات إدارية مستقلة وعلى رأسها مجلس المنافسة الذي أسندت له مهمة واسعة في مجال المحافظة على المنافسة وترقيتها وبصفة عامة أوكلت له مهمة مراقبة السوق وضبطها، إلا أنه ليس الوحيد المكلف بذلك بل تشارك معه أيضاً وزارة التجارة في جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بميدان المنافسة والتدخل كلما كان هناك خرق لقواعدها.
