المستخلص: Algerian diplomacy seeks to resolve disputes that arise in the surrounding countries, based on a set of principles and foundations, the most important of which are impartiality and non-interference in the affairs of other States, urging cooperation between neighboring countries in particular, and resolving disputes peacefully as well as supporting the right of peoples to self-determination and freeing them from colonial domination. In this regard, Algeria has witnessed many positions in which it has applied these principles and maintained its positions calling for peaceful solutions. It has remained consistent on issues that it contributed to resolving or had a position on them such as the crises that have ravaged some African or neighboring countries. La diplomatie Algérienne essaye de résoudre les conflits qui règnent dans les pays fontainières en s’appuyant sur des fondations et des principes représentés principalement par la neutralité et la non intervention dans les affaires des autres pays, et inciter la coopération entre les pays de voisinage surtout et résoudre les conflits avec des moyens pacifiques, ainsi porter le soutien au droit des peuples à l’autodétermination et les débarrasser de la domination coloniale, et à ce propos l’Algérie a appliqué ces principes sur plusieurs situations et a maintenu ses opinions appelant aux solutions pacifiques où elle est restée ferme dans les questions dans lesquelles elle a contribué à résoudre ou dans son attitude à leurs égard, exemple les crises politiques dans certains pays africains ou des pays de voisinage.

تعمل الدبلوماسية الجزائرية على محاولة حل النزاعات التي تثور في الدول المحيطة بها، معتمدة في ذلك على مجموعة أسس ومبادئ يتمثل أهمها في الحياد وعدم التدخل في شؤون الدول الأخرى، والحث على التعاون بين دول الجوار خصوصاً وحل النزاعات بطرق سلمية، وكذا دعم حق الشعوب في تقرير مصيرها وتخليصها من سيطرة الاستعمار، وفي هذا الخصوص شهدت الجزائر مواقف عديدة طبقت فيها هذه المبادئ وحافظت فيها على مواقفها الداعية للحلول السلمية حيث بقيت ثابتة في القضايا التي ساهمت في حلها أو كان لها موقف منها، على غرار الأزمات التي عصفت ببعض الدول الأفريقية أو دول الجوار.
