تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى التزام بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحقيق التنمية المحلية بالمؤسسات الاقتصادية-دراسة نظرية تحليلية-، وتبيان مدى التزام المؤسسات الاقتصادية للمسؤولية الاجتماعية وذلك من خلال الدور الذي تقوم به في تحسين أداء المؤسسات الاقتصادية، والتي تعتبر أحد الوسائل الهامة في تشخيص الوضعية الاجتماعية وذلك من خلال التقيد والالتزام بأبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية اتجاه الأطراف ذوي العلاقة. ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم الاعتماد على بعض الدراسات السابقة وإجراء مسح لهذه الدراسات في الجانب المتغير المستقل (المسؤولية الاجتماعية)، والمتغير التابع (التنمية المحلية) الذي هو محور دراستنا والأساس في الخروج ببعض النتائج والتوصيات. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسات الاقتصادية تهتم بالقضايا الاجتماعية والمساهمة في معالجتها وذلك من خلال التقيد بأبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية، وهذا من خلال تحقيق التنمية المحلية وبالتالي ضمان مصلحة المجتمع المحلي، فتطبيق المسئولية الاجتماعية يقود المؤسسة الاقتصادية إلى الرخاء والازدهار ونسهل في الوقت ذاته في خلق مجتمعات أفضل وحماية حقوق الانسان وتسهل جهود التنمية في الدولة.
This study aims to identify "the extent of commitment to social responsibility in achieving local development in economic institutions - analytical theory study" - and to demonstrate the commitment of economic institutions to social responsibility through its role in improving the performance of economic institutions, which is an important means in Diagnosis of social status through adherence to and commitment to the dimensions of social responsibility towards the parties involved; To achieve the research objective, we have relied on some previous studies and conducted a survey of these studies in the independent variable (social responsibility), the dependent variable (local development), which is the focus of our study and the basis of some conclusions and recommendations. The study concluded that economic institutions are concerned with social issues and contribute to addressing them by adhering to the dimensions of social responsibility by achieving local development and thereby ensuring the interests of the local community. The application of social responsibility leads the economic institution to prosperity and prosperity while facilitating the creation of better societies and protection. Human rights and facilitate development efforts in the country.
