المستخلص: عد المشرق العربي والجوار الجغرافي من أهم المناطق في العالم التي تسعى الإدارات الأمريكية للهيمنة عليها والتحكم بمقدراتها وثرواتها لتأمين المصالح الاستراتيجية الحيوية الأمريكية، التي تستند إلى رؤية دينية وأمنية - عسكرية واقتصادية، وأعطت لنفسها الحق في العمل إزاء أخطار محتملة لتبرير حروبها الاستباقية والوقائية ضد بعض الدول. وجاء الغزو الأمريكي للعراق أو ما يسمى بــــ "حرب الخليج الثالثة" التي أدت إلى احتلال العراق عسكريا في عام ٢٠٠٣، منطلقا من أسباب عدة معلنة وغير معلنة، أما الأسباب المعلنة فهي لنزع أسلحة الدمار الشامل المزعومة التي كان يمتلكها العراق التي ثبت بطلانها، والقضاء على نظام الحكم القائم في العراق وإقامة نظام حكم ديمقراطي، وجاءت الأسباب غير المعلنة مرتبطة بعوامل دينية (عقائدية) لليمين الديني والسياسي الأمريكي المتمثل بالمحافظين الجدد الذين هيمنوا على معظم المؤسسات الأمريكية وكانوا من المتحمسين للحرب على العراق والداعمين لإسرائيل بشكل مطلق، وتحقيق حلمها الكبير بتوسيع رقعتها الجغرافية من النيل إلى الفرات أو ما يسميه "دولة إسرائيل الكبرى" إلى جانب العامل الأمني العسكري للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، التي تتمتع بتفوق عسكري مكنها من فرض زعامتها على مقدرات العالم باستخدام منطق القوة أو العسكرة الأمريكية التي تعد مكونا أساسيا من مكونات النموذج الأمريكي ثلاثي العناصر "القوة - الثروة - الدين" كما أن احتلال العراق يعبد الطريق أمام الهيمنة الأمريكية على منطقة الشرق الأوسط من جهة وتعزيز مصداقية وفاعلية الأداء العسكري الأمريكي من جهة أخرى. فضلا عن العامل الاقتصادي في السيطرة على النفط العراقي والتحكم في الرأسماليات الأخرى بطريقة ما انطلاقا من الاستراتيجية الأمريكية من سيتحكم في هذه الطاقة سيتحكم في العالم" ولذلك عد النفط العراقي هو الهدف الرئيس والدافع الأهم في شن الحرب على العراق واحتلاله.

The Arabian East and the geographical neighboring areas are regarded from the most important areas in all over the world that the American management is planning to dominate and control the wealth in order to insure the strategy American interests which depends on a religious, military and economic overview. Therefore, America claims that there are danger in order to justify her proactive and preventive wars against some countries. The American occupation for Iraq which also called" The third golf war" lead to military occupation to Iraq in 2003 . The launch of the occupation depended on some announced or not announced reasons. The announced reasons were to give up the weapons of mass destruction which was not true, and to destroy the existing system at that time and to establish a democratic system. While the unannounced reasons were linked with religious ( dogmatic) factors related to the American religious and political swear which was representative by the new governors who dominated on most of American establishments. They were so excited to fight Iraq and to support the state of Israel in totally and to fulfill the dream by enlarging the geographical area from the Nile to the Euphrates or what the Jewish people called "the big state of Israel". Beside the securitized and the military factors, USA has the military power that enables America to impose the leadership on all over the world by using the logic of power and the militarization of America which is regarded as essential component of the American triple sample (power, wealth and religion). As the occupation of Iraq paves the way for the American domination on the middle -East, on the other hand, to support and activate the American military performance. In addition to the economical factor of controlling the Iraqi oil and ruling the other capitalisms by using some ways getting off from the American strategy" who manages this energy, he will manage the world". Therefore, the Iraqi oil had become the essential goal to wage a war and occupy Iraq.
