المستخلص: من خلال عرضنا لمفهوم الموقع الصناعي وأسس اختياره والعوامل المؤثرة فيه والآثار المترتبة على اختيار الموقع الجغرافي. يمكن القول انه لابد من وضع المعايير السليمة لاختيار النشاط المناسب الذي من شأنه تحقيق الأهداف التي أنشأت من أجلها المؤسسة ومع الالتزام بالشروط المناسبة للحفاظ على البيئة وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. وسن القوانين اللازمة لتحقيق ذلك وإعدادها إعدادا جيدا تلافيا للأخطاء التي قد تقع على الصعيد الاقتصادي والبيئي والصحي وغيرها.

En développent les notions de localisation industriel les fondements de son choix les facteurs qui l'affectent, ses implications sur le choix de la localisation géographique.
Il est important d’exploiter les meilleurs critères ; en matière de choix assigné aux activités d’entreprise d'investissement qui permettront de réaliser les objectifs avec le respect strict des conditions de réalisation ,des objectifs du développement durable, en appliquant strictement toutes les lois relative à l’environnement a l’économie et la santé etc...

Through our presentation of the concept of the industrial site, the bases of its selection, the factors affecting it and the implications of choosing the geographical location, it can be said that it is necessary to set sound criteria for choosing the appropriate activity that would achieve the goals for which the institution was established and with adherence to the appropriate conditions for preserving the environment, achieving sustainable development and enacting laws necessary to achieve this and prepare them well to avoid mistakes that may occur on the economic, environmental, health and other levels.
