المستخلص: تهدف السياسات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية الحديثة في الجزائر في ظل مساعي الإصلاح الإداري إلى تحقيق تنمية اجتماعية تستقطب أكثر من أي وقت مضى كافة فئات المجتمع وتهدف إلى إدماجهم ورعايتهم. ومن هذه الأخيرة تلك الفئة المجتمعية الموسومة بذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، والتي أصبحت تولى لها عناية متزايدة بل وإن هذا النوع من التنمية أصبح بمثابة مقياس يحدد به مدى تقدم الدول من عدمه، حيث يعتبر الإدماج المهني في هذا الإطار لأفراد هذه الفئة هو من أهم متطلباتها، وأن الإدماج المهني ذو الطابع العمومي هو ملاذها في ظل إمكانياتها المحدودة في أداء كل أنواع الأنشطة العملية. وهذا ما تبينه هذه الدراسة كمثال عن إدماج هذه الفئة مهنيا من خلال ولاية الجزائر العاصمة.

Les politiques économiques et sociales de l’Algérie visent actuellement dans le cadre de la réforme administrative à réaliser un développement social d’intégration pour les différentes catégories de la société. On note ici la catégorie nommée «les handicapés» qui constitue un défit important pour l’administration centrale par son impact sur la détermination du niveau de développement des pays. L’intégration professionnelle est surtout des handicapés est considérée comme une préoccupation majeure pour les membres de cette catégorie et surtout l’intégration professionnelle du caractère publique. La présente étude permet d’exprimer l’importance de l’intégration professionnelle des handicapés dans la wilaya d’Alger.

Modern economic and social policies in Algeria, in the light of the administrative reform endeavors, aim to achieve social development attracting all segments of the society more than ever before and aim to integrate and care for them. Lastly, the community group marked with special needs, which have become increasingly taken care of, and even this type of development has become a measure by which the extent of the progress of countries is determined or not. In this context, the professional integration of members of this group is one of its most important requirements; Professional integration with general nature is its refuge in the light of its limited capabilities to perform all kinds of practical activities. This is what this study shows as an example of the professional integration of this group through the state of Algeria
