المستخلص: الإرهاب من الظواهر التي حظيت باهتمام واسع من قبل الفضائيات الإخبارية ولاسيما الموجهة منها ووظفت من قبلها توضيفا يتوافق مع مقاصدها الأيديولوجية ومصالحها الاقتصادية وتقاطعاتها السياسية، فذهبت إلى تصنيف من يمثل الإرهاب لتشويه السمعة الدولية للحصول على مكاسب سياسية واقتصادية على المستوى الدولي والجماهيري متخذة لكل منها آليات لمعالجة المعلومات، لذا جاءت هذه الدراسة لتطرح تساؤل رئيس تمثل (ما أهم المعالجات التي تعتمدها الفضائيات الدولية فرانس ٢٤ -الحرة الأمريكية- روسيا اليوم بتناولها لظاهرة الإرهاب؟ وما أوجه التشابه والاختلاف بينهما) وحدد للبحث عدد من الأهداف تلخصت بالتقصي عن اهتمام الفضائيات الدولية بظاهرة الإرهاب، وتحديد طريقة التناول لها والكشف عن المحاور التي تركز عليها المعالجة ومواطن التشابه والاختلاف، ويعد البحث من البحوث الوصفية أتبع منهج العلاقات المتبادلة وبتصنيف دراسة الحالة وباستخدام تحليل المضمون بشقة الكمي والوصفي لوصف المضمون الظاهر واعتماد المقارنة المنهجية لتحقيق الفروض العلمية، وقد توصل البحث لعدد من النتائج تمثلت باهتمام وسائل الإعلام الدولية بظاهرة الإرهاب، وتشابهها الكبير من حيث استخدامها للغة، وأن معالجتها للإرهاب تتم باستخدام الأوصاف الشديدة القوة للعمليات الإرهابية ومحاربة الإرهاب ووصف الضحايا، وهي بذلك تعمل على إشاعة حالة من الخوف والرعب لدى الجمهور، كما تساعد المعالجة لظاهرة الإرهاب في الفضائيات الدولية على ظهور التنظيمات الإرهابية في الساحة الدولية مع ترسيخها في العقل العام عن طريق نقل تبني الجماعات الإرهابية لعملياتها، واعتمادها على معالجة تبتعد بذهن المشاهد عن الفهم عن طريق اللجوء للإثارة بعرض المعلومات المرتبطة بالإرهاب.

And external, because of their influence in the minds of the public, and put the same important issues on the agenda as a news programs in general and newsletters in particular, terrorism of the phenomena that drew the attention of a wide space and publies Especially those who were sent to them and placed a position in front of them in accordance with their ideological purposes and economic interests and political intersections, so I went to the classification of the representative of terrorism to discredit the international reputation getting and economic at gains at the international , and the public levl taking each of the mechanisms to address information, so this study came up to expose a very important question a president representing in ( What are the most important treatments adopted by the international satellite channels France 24 - Free America - Russia today dealing with the phenomenon of terrorism? What are the frameworks emerge from them? What are the similarities and differences between them. The research aims to investigate the interest of international satellite channels in the phenomenon of terrorism, to determine the method of handling it, and uncover the focus of the treatment, the most prominent frameworks, its differences. The research is descriptive research, followed by the method of mutual relations and classification of the case study, by the adoption of descriptive and quantitative analysis depending on corpartive courses to achive the scicntific potheses The research has reached a number of results: the international media's attention to the phenomenon of terrorism, its similarity of useing the same language, its treatment of terrorism using powerful descriptions of terrorist operations, the fight against terrorism, and the description of victims, thus creating a state of fear and terror among the public The dealing with the phenomenon of terrorism in international satellite channels on helps terrorist organizations to be emerged international arena, while anchoring them in the public mind by transferring the adoption of terrorist groups operations and relying on a treatment that distracts the viewer from understanding by resorting to excitement by presenting information related to terrorism.
