L’estimation des provisions techniques, dans le cadre de la nouvelle réglementation européenne Solvabilité II, a été significativement évoluée. L’approche économique du bilan constitue une vraie nouveauté par rapport aux règles de Solvabilité I, notamment au niveau de calcul des provisions. Par ailleurs, la réglementation Algérienne s’inspirant fortement des normes Françaises en matière d’assurances, Solvabilité II est le régime le plus probable à mettre en place en Algérie. De plus, une forte inflation a été enregistrée suite à l’instabilité des prix. C’est pourquoi, nous avons réalisé ce travail qui consiste à calculer le Best Estimate des provisions pour sinistres à payer sous Solvabilité II, via des méthodes déterministes et stochastiques, en répondant à l’exigence de l’article 77 portant sur l’intégration du phénomène inflationniste.

The evaluation of technical munitions in the field of new European law means the filling 2 was well developed and very effective. The economic approach to the budget is a real novelty compared to the rules of filling 1, especially at the level of calculation of munitions. On the other hand, since Algerian law is very inspired by French standards relating to the area of insurance, filling 2 is the most likely plan to be developed in Algeria. Furthermore, it recorded a rise in inflation following the instability in prices. That is why we carried this work, which calculates the best assessment of technical munitions under filling 2, through random feedback methods. The claims of article 77 are based on the incorporation of inflationary phenomena.
