|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية بين قوة الأنا ووجهة الضبط (الداخلية- الخارجية) لدى عينة من المراهقين من ضعاف السمع بمدينة شبين الكوم بلغ قوامها 54 بمتوسط للعمر 14.851، وانحراف معياري 1.917. وتم قياس قوة الأنا باستخدام مقياس قوة الأنا إعداد (Q. Hasan,1976) تعريب الدراسة الحالية. وتم قياس وجهتي الضبط باستخدام مقياس وجهة الضبط إعداد (Levenson, 1973) تعريب الدراسة الحالية. وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين وجهتي الضبط وقوة الأنا، كما أشارت النتائج إلى مساهمة وجهتي الضبط في التنبؤ بقوة الأنا لدى المراهقين من ضعاف السمع.

|b This research aimed at identifying the relationship between ego strength and locus of control (internal and external locus of control). Also, the prediction of ego strength from these variables among adolescents with hearing impairment. Sample of 54 hearing impairment was used with an average age of (14, 851) months and a standard deviation of (1, 917) months. The study used new modified into Arabic scales for measuring the research variables. The study used, the Levenson scale at the locus of control (Levenson, 1973) Modified into Arabic by the present study, Ego strength (Q. Hasan, 1976) Modified into Arabic by the present study. The results of the study revealed a statistically significant Relationship between the ego strength and internal locus of control and external locus of control in the study sample of hearing - impaired adolescents. It also showed that locus of control variable (internal and external locus of control) was able to predict the ego strength for the sample of hearing impaired adolescents.
