هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على نمط القيادة التحويلية للمرأة ودورها في قطاع البنوك والتعرف على أهم الأبعاد اللازمة لتحقيق الإبداع الإداري والخروج بمجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات تساهم في الوصول إلى الأهداف، وتبلورت مشكلة الدراسة في عدة تساؤلات أهمها: ما مدي تأثير نمط القيادة التحويلية للمرأة على الإبداع الإداري؟ منهج الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لاختبار الفروض وحجم العينة محل الدراسة (٥٤٨٠) وكانت العينة العشوائية الطبقية (٣٥٩) مفردة ولإجراء التحليل الإحصائي للقوائم استخدمت الباحثة. برنامج (SPSS). أهم نتائج الدراسة أن هناك بعض العناصر والأبعاد الأساسية لتحقيق الإبداع الإداري في قطاع البنوك بجمهورية مصر العربية حيث تعتبر تلك العناصر هي المقومات التي يجب توفرها لدى تلك البنوك وكذلك يوجد أثر إيجابي لنمط القيادة التحويلية للمرأة على الإبداع الإداري. أهم توصيات الدراسة ضرورة الاهتمام بتوفير العناصر والأبعاد الأساسية لتحقيق الإبداع الإداري في قطاع البنوك بجمهورية مصر العربية حيث تعتبر تلك العناصر هي المقومات التي يجب توفرها لدى تلك البنوك، ضرورة الاستفادة من الأثر الإيجابي لنمط القيادة التحويلية للمرأة على الإبداع الإداري في تلك البنوك.
The study aimed to identify the transformational leadership style of women and their role in the banking sector and to identify the most important dimensions necessary to achieve administrative creativity and come up with a set of results and recommendations that contribute to reaching the goals. The study method The descriptive and analytical method was used to test the hypotheses and the size of the sample under study (5480), and the stratified random sample (359) was single. The most important results of the study are that there are some basic elements and dimensions to achieve administrative creativity in the banking sector in the Arab Republic of Egypt, where these elements are considered to be the ingredients that must be available in these banks, as well as there is a positive effect of the transformational leadership pattern of women on administrative creativity.
