المستخلص: أولاً: أهداف البحث: 1-إظهار جهود الإمام ابن حزم في قضايا الفرق الإسلامية. 2-الوقوف على القواعد المنهجية العلمية والعملية التي سار عليها الإمام في اهتمامه بالفرق الإسلامية. ثانياً: منهجي في البحث: استخدمت المنهج (الاستقرائي الناقص- والذى يقوم على الملاحظة، وتتبع الجزئيات)، والذى يتلاءم ويتناسب مع طبيعة البحث وكذلك مناهج بحث مختلفة، مثل: (المنهج التاريخي، والنقدي، والجدلي، وكذلك المنهج اللغوي، وغيرهم من المناهج). ثم استخدام المنهج النقدي في الآراء التي انفرد بها العلامة ابن حزم، مخالفاً بذلك ما اتفق عليه الجمهور، مع بيان العلة من المخالفة، ومدى قربه وبعده من الأسس والمبادئ التي بني عليها أهل السنة مذهبهم وطريقتهم. رابعاً: نتائج البحث: 1-وضح لنا الإمام ابن حزم مدى وعيه، وسعة إدراكه للخبر التاريخي، حيث اتخذ من ذلك مدخلاً أساسياً لعرض وجهات النظر عند الفرق الإسلامية، وفي الصورة التي قدمناها نرى الجهود الطيبة للإمام الذي حاول حل هذه المسائل بالاعتماد على الخبر وجعله وسيلة من وسائل المؤرخ لفرق المسلمين، وفي تتبع ظهورها، وبيان حججهم وأقوالهم. 2- تميز أسلوبه بوضوح العبارة، وسهولة المنطق، والبعد عن التعقيد مع استرساله، وطول نفسه في العرض والتوضيح. 3- يتسم نقده وجدله مع الفرق الإسلامية بالموضوعية والإنصاف العلمي، إذ إنه يأتي بأدلة الخصم كاملة ويعرضها في أمانة شديدة، ثم ينتقل في نقده وجداله من مرحلة التفنيد والإثبات إلى مرحلة الإلزام والإفحام. خامساً: توصيات الدراسة: 1- فتح المجال أمام الباحثين لدراسة جميع جوانب حياة الإمام ابن حزم العلمية والفكرية. 2- طبع الأبحاث والدراسات التي تحدثت عن الإمام ابن حزم وحياته العلمية، ومتابعة طبع مؤلفات الإمام الفقهية، والسعي لإقامة ندوات دولية ثقافية وعلمية إضافة لترجمة مؤلفات الإمام إلى لغات أخرى، على أن يتولى المتخصصون هذه المهمة. 3- إنشاء موقع على شبكة الإنترنت باسم "الإمام ابن حزم" على أن تتولى جامعة الأزهر ذلك.

First: Research objectives: 1-Show the efforts of Imam Ibn Hazm in the issues of the Islamic sects. 2 - Standing on the scientific and practical methodological rules that the Imam followed in his interest in Islamic sects. Second: Methodology in the research I used the method (incomplete inductive - which is based on observation, and traces of parts), which is compatible and commensurate with the nature of the research, as well as different research approaches, such as: (historical, critical, and dialectical approaches, as well as the linguistic approach, and other approaches). Then the use of the critical method in the opinions that the scholar Ibn Hazm was alone in, contrary to what the majority agreed upon, with the explanation of the reason for the contradiction, and the extent of its proximity and distance to the foundations and principles on which the Sunnis built their doctrine and method. Forth: Search results 1-Imam Ibn Hazm explained to us the extent of his awareness and the breadth of his awareness of the historical news, as he took this as a basic approach to present the views of the Islamic sects, and in the picture we presented we see the good efforts of the Imam who tried to solve these issues by relying on the news and making it one of the historian’s means for teams Muslims, and in tracking their appearance, and explaining their arguments and sayings. 2- His style was distinguished by the clarity of the phrase, the ease of logic, the distance from the complexity with his prolongation, and the length of himself in presentation and clarification. 3 -His criticism and argument with the Islamic sects is characterized by objectivity and scientific fairness, as he brings the opponent’s evidence in full and presents it with great faithfulness, then moves in his criticism and argument from the stage of refutation and proof to the phase of binding and intercourse. Fifth: The study recommendations Opening the way for researchers to study all aspects of Imam Ibn Hazm's scientific and intellectual life. Printing research papers and studies that talked about Imam Ibn Hazm and his scientific life, following up on the printing of the Imam’s jurisprudential writings, and striving to hold international cultural and scientific seminars in addition to translating the Imam’s books into other languages, provided that specialists undertake this task. Establishing a website on the Internet in the name of "Imam Ibn Hazm", provided that Al-Azhar University handles that.
