المستخلص: L’efficacité souhaitée de la lutte contre la corruption n’est réelle qu’après avoir mis à l’écart les différents actes entravant la gestion de la justice, en assurant une protection spéciale aux dénonciateurs, aux témoins, aux experts et aux victimes de diverses formes d’agression. De ce fait, l’encouragement du signalement des délits de corruption facilite pratiquement la recherche et l’enquête des ces infractions. Du point de vue de la réglementation, la loi n° 06/01sur la prévention et le contrôle de la corruption prévoit des dispositions protégeant les procédures de suivi criminel.

إن مكافحة ظاهرة الفساد لا تتسم بالفعالية المرجوة إلا من خلال مواجهة مختلف أفعال إعاقة سير العدالة، وتقرير حماية خاصة للمبلغين والشهود والخبراء والضحايا من مختلف صور الاعتداء. فالتشجيع على الإبلاغ عن جرائم الفساد يؤدي إلى تسهيل عمليات البحث والتحري والتحقيق في هذه الجرائم. وبالرجوع إلى قانون الوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته 06/01 نجده قد تضمن نصوصا تحمي إجراءات المتابعة الجزائية.

The desired effectiveness of the fight against corruption is only real after having put aside the various acts hampering the management of justice, by ensuring special protection for whistleblowers, witnesses, experts and victims of various forms of aggression. As a result, encouraging the reporting of corruption offenses practically makes it easier to find and investigate these offenses. From a regulatory point of view, Law No. 06/01 on the prevention and control of corruption contains provisions protecting criminal monitoring procedures.
