المستخلص: Cette étude met en exergue l’un des aspects stratégiques que les PME peuvent adopter au milieu des transitions accélérées que connait, actuellement, le monde, qui prennent forme dans le phénomène de la mondialisation. Dance ce contexte, l’approche descriptive a été retenue pour mettre en évidence le concept des PME, les alliances stratégiques comme alternative stratégique, ainsi que les raisons pour lesquelles les PME recourent à la stratégie d’alliances stratégiques.

تم في هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على إحدى المقاربات الاستراتيجية التي يمكن للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة أن تتبناها في خضم التحولات المتسارعة التي يشهدها العالم اليوم والتي تتبلور في ظاهرة العولمة، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لتسليط الضوء على مفهوم المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، التحالفات الاستراتيجية كبديل استراتيجي، وكذا أسباب لجوء المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة إلى استراتيجية التحالفات الاستراتجية.

In this study, a spotlight was highlighted on one of the strategic approaches that small and medium enterprises can adopt in the midst of the rapid transformations taking place in the world today that are taking shape in the phenomenon of globalization. The descriptive approach has been used to highlight the concept of small and medium enterprises, strategic alliances as a strategic alternative, as well as Reasons for the use of small and medium enterprises to the strategy of strategic alliances.
