المستخلص: يعد أسلوب التفضيل من الأساليب المعتمدة في الجرح والتعديل عند أهل النقد من المحدثين؛ لذا كان من أهداف هذا البحث تحرير دلالة ألفاظ التفضيل الواردة في كلام المحدثين على رواة الحديث جرحاً وتعديلاً، ثم معرفة أكثر أهل النقد استعمالاً لأسلوب التفضيل في تزكية وجرح الرواة، ثم الوقوف على دقة أهل الحديث في ألفاظ النقد، وكان المنهج المتبع في إعداد هذا البحث يقوم على طريقة استقراء أقوال أهل النقد في استعمالهم لأنواع التفضيل في التزكية والجرح، ثم المقارنة بين أقوال أهل النقد للدلالة على مطابقة حال الراوي لأقوال الأئمة فيه جرحاً وتعديلاً، كذلك الوقوف على أكثر النقاد استخداماً للتفضيل بين الرواة، ودلالة استخدام أسلوب التفضيل بين المتعنتين، والمعتدلين من علماء الجرح والتعديل، وبدأ البحث بذكر أسلوب التفضيل في تزكية الرواة، ثم أتبعته بما جاء من ألفاظ التفضيل في جرح الرواة، وكانت نتائج البحث كما يلي، ورد أسلوب التفضيل في كلام المحدثين في الرواة تزكية وجرحاً، وكانت الألفاظ الواردة في التعديل أكثر من الألفاظ الواردة في الجرح، ودلالة هذه الألفاظ على حال الرواة حقيقية إلا في بعض المواضع التي بينتها في ثنايا البحث، ولم يرد أسلوب التفضيل في مراتب الجرح والتعديل عند ابن أبي حاتم أو الذهبي، وأول من أدخله في مراتب الجرح والتعديل ابن حجر العسقلاني، وكان المتعنتون من نقاد الحديث مثل يحيي بن سعيد القطان، ويحيي بن معين، وأبي حاتم الرازي، أكثر استعمالاً لأسلوب التفضيل من المتوسطين مثل ابن عدي والدارقطني، ومن نتائج البحث أيضاً اختلاف دلالة التفضيل في كلام اللغويين عنها في كلام المحدثين، حيث لابد من مراعاة حال الناقد من حيث التشدد والتوسط والتسامح في الجرح والتعديل، كذلك مراعاة حال الراوي الفاضل والمفضول من حيث العدالة والضبط وأيضاً عدد الرواية، ويعتبر أسلوب التفضيل في كلام المتقدمين حجة على كلام المتأخرين، لأنهم الأرسخ قدماً في الحديث، والأعلم بالرواة وأحوالهم في الرواية، وكان أكثر المتشددين استعمالاً لأسلوب التفضيل يحيي بن معين، وأكثر المعتدلين استعمالاً له أحمد بن حنبل، ومن أبرز نتائج هذا البحث معرفة أثبت الناس في الشيوخ الذين عليهم مدار أكثر الحديث، مثل ابن شهاب الزهري، وأبي إسحاق السبيعي، وغيرهم.

The preference method is one of the adopted methods of wounding and modification among the scholars of hadith Hence, one of the objectives of this research was to edit the significance of the preference words contained in the speech of the hadiths on the narrators of the hadith as wound and modification, then to know the most critical people who use the method of preference in recommending and wounding the narrators, then to find out the accuracy of the people of hadith in terms of criticism, and the method used in preparing this research was It is based on the method of Extrapolating the sayings of the people of criticism in their use of different types of preference in recommending and wounding, and then comparing the sayings of the people of criticism to indicate the correspondence of the narrator's case to the sayings of the imams in which there is wound and modification, as well as the identification of the most critics who use the preference among the narrators, and the indication of using the method of preference between the intransigent and the moderates One of the scholars of wound and modification, and the research began with mentioning the preference method for recommending the narrators, then followed it with what came from the terms of preference in wounding the narrators, and the results of the research were as follows, and the method of preference was mentioned in the words of the hadiths in the narrators recommending and wounding, and the words contained in the amendment were more than the words What is mentioned in the wound, and the significance of these expressions in the case of the narrators is real, except in some places that I have shown in the folds of the research. The method of preference in the ranks of the wound and the modification in the ranks of Ibn Abi Hatim or Al-Dhahabi, and the first person to include it in the ranks of the wound and the modification, Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani, the intransigent critics of the hadith such as Yahya Al-Qattan, Yahya bin Mu’in, and Abu Hatim Al-Razi, more used the method of preference than the moderates such as Ibn Uday and Al-Darotni, the significance of the preference in the words of the linguists differs from the words of The hadiths, it is necessary to take into account the state of the critic in terms of strictness, mediation, and tolerance in wounding and modification, as well as taking into account the status of the virtuous and preferred narrator in terms of justice and discipline and the number of narration. The method of preference in the speech of the advanced is considered an argument against the words of the later ones, because they are the most established and knowledgeable of the narrators and their conditions in The novel, the most hard-liner who uses the style of preference Yahya bin Mu’in, and the moderates who use it the most is Ahmad bin Hanbal, and among the most prominent results of this research is knowledge that people have proven in the sheikhs who have most of the hadiths, such as Al-Zuhri, Abu Ishaq Al-Subaie, and others.
