|f Political corruption is one of the concepts that have been widely circulated in recent decades, whether in the academic or non-academic field, but despite this wide spread, the definition of this concept is still subject to moderation, alteration and modification, by many users of it, each according to its affiliations and convictions. It is like some concepts of great sensitivity in social sciences and humanities. Therefore, the study in our hands tried to draw a comprehensive definition of the meaning of political corruption on the one hand, and to avoid the reduction promoted by certain definitions on the other. The study also traced the historical path known by political corruption, through some of the previous civilizations and its attitude to it, and how it re-emerged in our time, and has become at the forefront of concerns among citizens, academics and decision makers, which has become causing serious effects and repercussions on peoples and nations.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021

|a الفساد السياسي من المفاهيم التي كثر تداولها في العقود الأخيرة، سواء في المجال الأكاديمي أو غير الأكاديمي، لكن رغم هذا الانتشار الواسع، مازال تعريف هذا المفهوم يخضع للاختزال والتبديل والتعديل، من طرف كثير من المستعملين له، كل حسب انتماءاته وقناعاته، مثله مثل بعض المفاهيم ذات الحساسية البالغة في العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية، ولذلك حاولت الدراسة التي بين أيدينا استخلاص تعريف جامع ومانع لمدلول الفساد السياسي من جهة، وتلافي الاختزال الذي تروج له بعض التعريفيات من جهة أخرى. كما تتبعت الدراسة المسير التاريخي الذي عرفه الفساد السياسي، عبر بعض الحضارات السابقة وموقفها منه، وكيف عاد إلى الظهور في عصرنا الحالي، وأصبح يحتل صدارة الاهتمامات لدى المواطنين والأكاديميين وصناع القرار، بما أصبح يسببه من أثار وتداعيات خطيرة على الشعوب والدول.

|d La corruption politique est parmi les concepts qu'a circulé beaucoup dans les dernières décennies, soit dans le domaine académique ou non-académique, mais malgré cette prévalence la définition de ce concept est toujours sous réserve de modification de commutateur, par de nombreux utilisateurs, chacun selon ses convictions et affiliations, et cela est comme certains concepts extrêmement sensibles dans les sciences sociales et humaines. Alors, l'étude a essayé mise au point la signification de la corruption politique et éviter toutes confisions encouragées par certains académiciens. Elle a également retracé l'histoire de la corruption politique, par le biais de certaines civilisations antérieures et leur position. Et comment la corruption politique retourna en apparaissant dans l'époque actuelle et est devenu la préoccupation majeure chez les citoyens, les académiciens, les décideurs, après qu'être devenu la source de graves conséquences pour les peuples et les États.
