المستخلص: New information and communication technology occupies a place among societies but is a double-edged weapon. On the one hand, it brings closer those who are geographically far (from each other) by eliminating the obstacles of time and space and thus increases people's rapprochement, raises their degree of interaction, and creates new hypothetical relationships. On the other hand, it poses a real threat to social and family relations, as it leads to the birth of a society that is jarring intellectually and in terms of values and carries the factors of abandoning the cultural traditions, resulting in a change in the system of social values of individuals. This excessive use promotes individual values rather than social values. It also increases the desire and tendency for loneliness and isolation, reducing opportunities for family social interaction.

تحتل التكنولوجيا الجديدة للإعلام والاتصال مكانة لدى المجتمعات إلا أنها تعد سلاحا ذو حدين فهي من جهة تقرب المتباعدين جغرافيا من حيث قضائها على عوائق الزمان والمكان فتزيد من تقارب الناس وترفع من درجة تفاعلهم وتنشئ علاقات افتراضية جديدة، ومن جهة أخرى تشكل خطرا حقيقيا على العلاقات الاجتماعية والأسرية حيث تؤدي إلى ميلاد مجتمع متنافر فكريا وقيميا ويحمل عوامل القطيعة مع التقاليد الثقافية، مما ينتج عنه تغير منظومة القيم الاجتماعية للأفراد حيث يعزز هذا الاستخدام المفرط القيم الفردية بدلا من القيم الاجتماعية، كما يزيد الرغبة والميل للوحدة والعزلة، ما يقلل من فرص التفاعل الاجتماعي الأسري.

Depuis l’avènement des nouvelles technologies de l’information et se la communication le discours se focalise sur l’impact qu’elles peuvent avoir sur la société, les institutions et les relations familiales.
En effet la nature et les caractéristiques des nouvelles technologies de l’information et de la communication ont permis a deux tendances de s’émerger. La première met l’accent sur les bienfaits de ces technologies, en effet l’usage raisonné des nouvelles techniques peut sous certaines conditions être facteur de progrès.
La deuxième tendance est beaucoup plus pessimiste, elle met l’accent sur les effets néfastes que provoquent ces technologies sur la société notamment la rééducation des relations interpersonnelle en causant ce qu’ou appelle l’isolation sociale
