المستخلص: This paper aims to introduce Algerian foreign policy and its effective contribution to the determination the fate of African peoples. This is in many cases, the most important of which are: its contribution to liberating the Portuguese colonies and providing them with various forms of moral and logistical support, as well as its role in liberating Namibia and assisting it, both materially and diplomatically, in regaining its sovereignty, helping Zimbabwe regain its sovereignty, and its full support for South Africa through its support to the National Liberation Movement. It had also played an important role in strengthening the Saharan people in their self-determination in accordance with international legitimacy.

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التعريف بالسياسة الخارجية الجزائرية ومساهمتها الفعالة تقرير مصير الشعوب الإفريقية، وهذا في حالات كثيرة منها والتي من أهمها: مساهمتها في تحرير المستعمرات البرتغالية ومنحها مختلف أشكال الدعم المعنوي واللوجيستي لها، وكذا دورها في تحرير كل من ناميبيا ومساعدتها، ماديا ودبلوماسيا، في استرجاع سيادتها، ومساعدة زيمبابوي في استرجاع سيادتها، وكذا دعمها الكامل لجنوب إفريقيا وذلك من خلال تدعيمها للحركة الوطنية التحررية. فضلا عن ذلك قامت أيضا بدور مهم في تدعيم الشعب الصحراوي في تقرير مصيره وفق الشرعية الدولية.

Cet article a pour objectif de définir la politique étrangère algérienne et le rôle efficace qu’elle a joué dans le destin de beaucoup de pays africains, dont on peut citer : sa contribution dans l’indépendance des ex-colonies portugaises en leur offrant un soutien moral et logistique ; son rôle dans la libération de la Namibie et du Zimbabwe à travers un appui matériel et diplomatique. L’Algérie a également affiché un soutien indéfectible à l’Afrique du sud en épaulant son mouvement national d’indépendance ; mais le cas du Sahara Occidental reste l’exemple phare de l’effort de la politique extérieure algérienne dans l’aide des opprimés à l’autodétermination.
