إن قضية الإرشاد وهداية الناس ودعوتهم إلى الله تعالى كانت من الأسس التي قامت عليها مناهج ورسالات الأنبياء، وقد أكد القرآن الكريم والأحاديث الشريفة على أهمية تبليغ الدين الإسلامي والعمل به في كل زمان ومكان باعتباره مسؤولية المسلمين عموماً والمتخصصين في العلوم الدينية بشكل خاص، الذين إن أخلصوا في عملهم التبليغي كان لهم موقع الأنبياء والمبلغين لرسالات الله. وعن الإمام الصادق عليه السلام: "من تعلم العلم وعمل به وعلمه لله دعي في ملكوت السماوات عظيماً". والتبليغ وظيفة شريفة ومسؤولية ثقيلة لا يمكن الاستهانة بها، خصوصاً في هذا العصر الذي تزداد فيه الحاجة إليه، وينتظر من المبلغ الديني أن يبذل قصارى جهده في تبيين المبادئ الإسلامية وتثبيتها والدفاع عنها لتحصين المجتمع من المؤثرات الخارجية التي تخترقه لأن الإعلام المضاد قد بلغ أقصى مداه، فيجب تفويت الفرصة على الأعداء في الوصول إلى أهدافهم المشؤومة ومخططاتهم الخبيثة. وأن عدم العمل به يجعل الناس تعمل المنكر ولا تردع عنه من قبل العلماء مما يؤدي إلى تدمير المجتمع. والناس (الزائرون)، هم ميدان وموضوع العملية التبليغية وليسوا هم الهدف، فالهدف هو إقامة الحجة، والمبلغ لديه الرغبة في هدايتهم ويعتبرها قضية لا تنفصل عن وجدانه، بل تزداد عنده كلما ازداد التحاماً معهم وحباً لهم. في السنوات الأخيرة، وبفضل دور المرجعية الدينية متمثلاً بالعتبات المقدسة برز إلى المجتمع مجموعة من المبلغين الفضلاء وكان لهن دور متميز في بث التعاليم الدينية خلال الزيارات المليونية (الأربعينية). ولبيان دور المبلغ الديني في بث التعاليم الدينية بين الزائرين خلال زيارة الأربعين تم استخدام أحد الأساليب الإحصائية (أسلوب التحليل العاملي) وذلك بالاعتماد على نتائج استمارة استبيان بلغ عددها (200) استمارة وتم توزيعها على الزائرين خلال زيارة الأربعين للسنة الماضية 1439ه، حيث لخصت البيانات في ستة عوامل رئيسة وكان لها تأثير مباشر وغير مباشر.
The guidance of people and calling them for Allah Almighty, was of the foundations on which the teachings and messages of the prophets were stood for, the Holy Quran and Hadiths emphasized the importance of delivering those teachings and working by them at all times and places as a responsibility to Muslims in general and to the clerks in particular, those who done their part in preaching, would have the status of prophets who delivered the word of Allah before. As Imam al-Sadiq "pbuh" once said: "Whoever learns knowledge and works by it and teaches it to others, they will be named in the kingdom of heaven as a great individual". The preaching is a noble task and a heavy responsibility that cannot be underestimated, especially in this age where it needed the most. The preacher is required to put every efforts they have to clarify the Islamic principles and to prove them in order to immunize the society from external influences trying to penetrate it. So, the enemies shouldn’t be given the opportunity to reach their evil goals. The pilgrims are the field and the subject of the preaching process, but they aren’t the goal. The goal is to establish the argument, as the preacher has the desire to guide them as an issue that is not separated from their conscience, but it even increases within them whenever they came together. In recent years, and thanks to the role of the supreme religious authority represented by the holy shrines in Iraq, a group of pious preachers emerged in the community and had a distinct role in the dissemination of religious teachings during the Arbaeen pilgrimage. To illustrate the role of the religious preacher in spreading the religious teachings among pilgrims during the Arbaeen walk, a statistical method (Factor Analysis Method) was used, depending on the results of a special statistical questionnaire that its data was collected during the Arbaeen of last year (1439 Hijri), where the data were summarized in six main factors that had a direct and indirect impact in the illustration of the role of the preacher in delivering the religious teachings among pilgrims during this walk.
