المستخلص: تناول البحث موضوعة الاخبار الحزبية وعلاقتها بترتيب الاخبار في نشرات القنوات التلفزيونية الخاصة بهدف الخروج بنتائج علمية توضح علاقة تلك الاخبار بترتيب اولويات النشرة الاخبارية وطبيعة التغييرات الحاصلة فيها، وهي تفاصيل مهمة للقائم بالاتصال ولإدارات القنوات الفضائية والجهات المالكة، لان النتائج ستوفر احصاءات علمية توضح الآثار المترتبة على نشر تلك الاخبار بالشروط التي تضعها الادارات، سواء بمراعاة الاعتبارات المهنية لاختيار الاخبار او بتجاهلها. اعتمد الباحث على المنهج المسحي الذي يتيح جمع البيانات وتحليلها وتفسيرها للوصول الى تعميمات مقبولة بشأن الظاهرة المدروسة، وهو ما يوفر الاجابة عن تساؤل البحث الرئيس والمتمثل بـ (ما علاقة الاخبار الحزبية بترتيب أولويات النشرات الاخبارية في القوات الخاصة؟)، كما انه يحقق اهداف البحث وأبرزها: 1. الكشف عن آليات عرض الاخبار الحزبية في نشرات القنوات التلفزيونية (الخاصة) المملوكة للأحزاب. 2. تحديد طبيعة الاثر الذي تحدثه الاخبار الحزبية على بناء النشرات الاخبارية في القنوات التلفزيونية الخاصة. وقد توصل الباحث لعدد من النتائج المرتبطة بمشكلة وإهداف البحث، كان في مقدمتها: ايلاء القنوات الخاصة اهتماما أكبر بنشاطات الاحزاب التابعة لها مقارنة بالأخبار الاخرى مهما كانت اهمية تلك الاخبار، كما كشفت أثر الأخبار الحزبية على تطبيق معايير اختيار الاخبار وتوزيعها ضمن بناء النشرة الاخبارية، ما يؤدي لفقدان مسؤول النشرة واحدة من أبرز مهامه المتمثلة بتحرير الاخبار وتوزيعها على وفق المعايير الاخبارية المهنية، فضلا عن اتضاح تجاوز أثر الخبر الحزبي لمساحة الخبر نفسه ليشمل باقي تفاصيل النشرة.

The research dealt with the topic of partisan news and its relationship to the arrangement of news in publishing channels out of the rough road, scientific explaining the relationship of those news to the order of priorities of the newsletter and the nature of the changes taking place in it, which are important details of the contact person and the departments of satellite channels and the owners, because the results are those news according to the conditions set by the departments, Whether by taking into account professional considerations for choosing news or ignoring it. The researcher relied on the survey method that provides data collection, analysis and interpretation to reach acceptable generalizations about the studied phenomenon, which answers the main research question represented by (What is the relationship of partisan news in order of prioritizing news releases in the Special Forces?), And it also achieves the research goals and most notable: 1. Disclosure of the mechanisms for displaying partisan news in party (private) channel bulletins. 2. Determine the nature of the impact that party news has had on building newsletters. The researcher reached a number of results related to the problem and goals of the research, the forefront of which was: Paying more attention to private channels to the activities of their affiliated parties compared to other news, whatever their importance, and party news affects the application of the criteria for selecting and distributing news within the construction of the newsletter, leading to a loss The bulletin official is one of his most prominent responsibilities related to editing and distributing news according to professional news standards, as well as exceeding the impact of partisan news to the area of the news itself to include the rest of the bulletin details.
