المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحميل وتقييم نشأة الأرشيف الوطني لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وتطوره، وتغير المفهوم القديم للأرشيف لدى موظفي الجهات الحكومية، وغرس مدى أهمية الوثائق التاريخية التي تسيم في الوصول إلى المعلومة التي يستطيع متخذ القرار الاعتماد عليها، والحد من ضياعها وإتلافها. وذلك ببناء نظام أرشيفي متكامل وحديث يحدد العمر الزمني للوثائق، وللمحافظة على هذه الوثائق يتوجب السعي لتأهيل مخازن لحفظ الأرشيف الوسيط في مبنى كل جهة حكومية ضمن المواصفات والمعايير العالمية المعتمدة. ونستعرض من خلال هذه الدراسة م ا رحل الأرشيف الوطني لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة بدءً من نشأته إلى أن أصبح مركزا له دور بارز على الصعيد المحلي والإقليمي والعالمي، وقد استند البحث في منهجه إلى الأسلوب الوصفي المسحي التحليلي وذلك بناء على طبيعة موضوع الدراسة وهو نشأة الأرشيف الوطني لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة؛ مراحل تطوره والتحديات التي تواجهه من خلال جمع الأرشيف التاريخي، كما سيتم خلال هذه الدراسة ربط نتائج الاستطلاع الميداني بتسليط الضوء على طلبة الجامعات وموظفي الجهات الحكومية، وتحليله تحليلا منطقياً، وتوضيح تبعات هذه المشكلة، وما النتائج التي سنتوصل ليا والحمول المقترحة ضمن إطار إبداعي. وللمنهج المقارن دور في هذه الدراسة، إذ إنها تدرس الأرشيف الوطني لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وتقارن بينه وبين نظرائه إقليمياً وعالمياً. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها: إن بناء استراتيجية تحدد نطاق أرشفة التطبيقات وسلاسل الأرشفة المختلفة هو حجر الأساس والقاعدة التي سوف ترتكز عليها كل أنشطة ومهام تصميم نظام الأرشفة المتتالية. يعتبر الأرشيف مصدر من مصادر المعلومات فهو موروث حضاري وثقافي يشيد على تاريخ الأمم وهويتها ويحافظ على رموزها الحضارية وسيادتها الوطنية، ولهذا قد أصبحت دول العالم تعطي للأرشيف أهمية بالغة وأصبح يحظى باهتمام ورعاية خاصة، وتشترك كل أنظمة أرشفة قواعد البيانات في كل الأسس المعيارية(Architiecture) وتحتوي على المكونات نفسها بالرغم من إمكانية وجود هذه المكونات بأسماء مختلفة أو تنفيذها بطرق مختلفة.

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the emergence and development of the National Archives of the United Arab Emirates, the change of the old concept of the archive among the employees of government agencies, and the inculcation of the importance of historical documents that contribute to accessing information that the decision-maker can rely on, and to limit its loss and destruction. By building an integrated and modern archive system that determines the chronological age of documents, and to preserve these documents, it is necessary to strive to rehabilitate warehouses for preserving the intermediate archive in the building of each government agency within the approved international specifications and standards. Through this study, we review the stages of the National Archives of the United Arab Emirates, starting from its inception until it became a center that has a prominent role at the local, regional and global levels. United Arab Emirates; The stages of its development and the challenges it faces through collecting the historical archive. Also, during this study, the results of the field survey will be linked to shedding light on university students and employees of government agencies, analyzing it logically, and clarifying the consequences of this problem, and what results we will reach and the proposed solutions within a creative framework. The comparative method has a role in this study. As it studies the National Archives of the United Arab Emirates and compares it with its regional and global counterparts. The study reached a set of results, including: Building a strategy that defines the scope of archiving applications and various archiving chains is the cornerstone and base on which all the activities and tasks of the successive archiving system design will be based. The archive is considered a source of information, as it is a civilizational and cultural heritage that bears witness to the history and identity of nations and preserves their civilizational symbols and national sovereignty, and for this reason the countries of the world have given the archive great importance and has become receiving special attention and care. It contains the same components although these components can be found under different names or implemented in different ways.
