المستخلص: يتلخص البحث في الاشتغالات العملية للتشفير الدلالي التي يقوم بها الممثل داخل العرض المسرحي لايصال المعني الفكري، والاجتماعي، فضلاً عن الجمالي إلى المتلقي، كون الشفرة هي علاقة دوال مشتغلة وفق قصد مسبق لايصال مدلولات بقصد معين أيضاً، وكون التشفير هي الطريقة الأمثل في نقل الرسالات في منظومة العرض المسرحي، حيث ينبغي على الممثل أن يمتلك القدرة على خلق صور (حسية) أو فكرية جديدة في الوعي الإنساني على أساس تحويل الانطباعات المجمعة من الواقع وإعادة تشكيلها فنيا داخل العرض المسرحي بما يسمح للمتلقي أن يقوم بترتيب تلك العلامات لاستحصال المعني القابع فيها. لذا فقد جاء للإجابة على التساؤل الاتي: كيف يمكن للممثل أن ينتج شفرات ادائية يستطيع المتلقي بعدها من فك دلالاتها وفهمها والتواصل معها. وقسم البحث وفق الاتي: حيث حددت مشكلة البحث وأهميته وهدفه وحدوده ومن ثم قام الباحث بتحديد مصطلح الشفرات كي يستقيم البحث، ثم جاء الإطار النظري عبر مبحثين: الأول، عن التشفير الدلالي وأبرز تقسيمات المنظرين لعملية التشفير وعلاقة الشفرة بالدلالة. أما المبحث الثاني فقد تناول الاشتغال الدلالي للشفرة في عمل الممثل وكيفية تأسيس الشفرات. بعدها خرج البحث بمجموعة مؤشرات يمكن أن تكون أداة لتحليل عينة البحث. ومن ثم جاء التحليل الذي تناول فيه الباحث عرض مسرحية (روميو وجوليت في بغداد) كعينة للتحليل. وبعد التحليل خرج البحث بعدد من النتائج اهمها: -(لحركة وايماءات الممثل بناء تشفيري متعدد فهي حالات إلى المستوى الثقافي والنفسي والاجتماعي للشخصية، كما أنها تسهم في تعزيز الفعل الدرامي ودفعه نحو الامام، فكمية الحركة والدفق الايمائي يعد منظومة تشفير تكشف عن الدلالات المنظوية عبرها). بعدها قائمة بالمصادر التي اعتمد عليها في البحث واخيراً عنوان وملخص البحث باللغة الإنكليزية.
