|a تعد السياقات التأويلية من أهم المباحث التطبيقية التي تهتم بسياق الكلام والكشف عن مراد معناه لتبين الحكم والحكمة من الخطاب الموجة للمتلقي حتى يفهمه فهما صائبا، لجأ العلماء إلى مناهج وطرق لاستنباط واستنتاج هذه الأحكام اجتهادا منهم في إيجاد الرأي الراجح في فهم ما غم واستعصى فهمه من هذه النصوص فنجد مصطلح التأويل (التفسير) هو أول المصطلحات التي لجأ إليها العلماء في فهم معنى النص وفق ضوابط أوجدتها اللغة العربية (بلاغة العرب) كالتعريض والإشارة والإيماء.

|d L`adaptation des contextes dans les recherches pratiques, met l`accent sur une ou des situations d’interlocution, dont le non dit est décelé pour confirmer un jugement ou un usage de l`exhortation destinée à l`interlocuteur dans le but d`une compréhension atténuée exhaustive. certains savants ou linguistes ont emprunté aux méthodes pour synthétiser ces jugements. Cet effort était voué à lever le voile sur l`incompréhension de certains textes, et c`est la raison pour laquelle, le commentaire ou l’interprétation fut le premier lexique employé par les chercheurs dans le décodage des textes scellés par la grammaire ou la rhétorique «Arabe», comme la présentation, la démonstration, la mimique ou la gestualité.

|f Interpretive contexts are one of the most important applied research concerned with the context of speech and the disclosure of an intention of its meaning to clarify the wisdom and wisdom of the discourse directed to the recipient to understand it in a correct way. Scholars have resorted to methods to derive these rulings making ijtihad (legal decision) to find the preferred opinion in understanding the ambiguous and difficult texts, so we find the term interpretation (Al-Tafseer) is the first term that scholars resorted to in understanding the meaning of the text according to the guidelines established by the Arabic language (eloquence of the Arabs) like allusion, indication, and hint.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021
