|b Perhaps the most important comprehensiveness of globalization properties, and what new technologies has added, to some innovations in the era of modernity, is the era of specialized micro-translations. Certainly, this has became a sincere expression of the thriving period filled with very complex and specialized Science. Indeed, one cannot in any way find people or a nation among nations free of means of communication ,urbanization and translation. Certainly, no people or any nation can live in isolation in the reality of this new world. Man by nature is a social being, therefore, communication and contact is more than necessary between human beings, especially by the use of translations, which have become an essential element in the entire process of human civilization. As a result of the fast technological development in promoting awareness, an urgent and necessary fact for the interdependence between different nations and peoples has risen. The communication may not only guarantee the continuation of life in their existence, but it also contributes to the social, intellectual and economic activity to the expression of contemporary human civilization, through a series of complex operations of the idea documenting communication among human beings through translation. Because human civilization has evolved, and the world has experienced this great progress with the start of the third millennium, human connection became more complex. Its importance has increased accordingly with the dazzling development. This led the technology to use a new philosophy in communication with modern features specific to our modern time in relation with human development and urbanization. However, the basic observation is that the potential benefits of this great technological development that the world is witnessing will not benefit all people as a result of complications in methodology related to different cultural issues, unless an upscale translation is in place. Throughout history, human race has sought to improve the ability to absorb information related to translation. We find that the bulk of approaches are designed to provide more than they should know about the phenomenon of communication in a general sense among members of the human race. In addition to the elucidation of the most important rules regulating diplomatic practice in various situations and conditions, we find that some philosophers and anthropologists assert that mankind has begun the idea of communication since the first times and various translation methods has been used. Therefore, we note that they have begun to develop a full range of non-verbal means to move messages they were dealing with in their first communities.
