يعد التطبيق العملي والتدريب الميداني للطلاب هو بمثابة المحك الأول بواقع سوق العمل ولذي يمده بمجموعة الخبرات المبدئية في ربط المعارف والمفاهيم التي تلقاها أثناء دراسة المتطلبات الدراسية المختلفة بأرض الوقع والتي يجد فيها الدلالات الأولية والانطباعات عن بيئة العمل بمتطلباتها وأبرز معوقاتها وأليات التغلب عليها. ويذكر كل من صبحي حسنين وحمدي عبد المنعم أنه كلما ازداد إتقان المعارف النظرية وطرق تطبيقها وكذلك المعلومات الأساسية للرياضي كلما كان أقدر على تطوير وتنمية المستوي الرياضي للأفراد. ومن خلال ملاحظة الباحثين لتطور مستوي الطلاب بعد عمل محاكاة للمنافسات وللبطولات الرياضية بمرحلها المختلفة لذا رأي الباحثين الوقوف علي دور التطبيق العملي لإدارة وتنظيم البطولات الرياضية في التحصيل المعرفي لطلاب كلية التربية الرياضية ويهدف البحث إلي التعرف علي دور التطبيق العملي لإدارة البطولات الرياضية في التحصيل المعرفي لطلاب كلية التربية الرياضية وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي باستخدام مجموعتين مجموعة ضابطة ومجموعة تجريبية واشتمل مجتمع البحث علي طلاب الغرقة الثالثة بكلية التربية الرياضية جامعة بني سويف في العام الجامعي 2019 /2020 وعددهم الكلي (108 طالب وطالبة ) اختيرت العينة المستهدفة لتطبيق التجربة عشوائيا وعددهم (78 ) طالب وطالبة وكانت أهم النتائج : وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين المجموعة الضابطة والمجموعة التجريبية لصالح المجموعة التجريبية وانه كان للتطبيق العملي لإدارة البطولات الرياضية دورا إيجابيا على التحصيل المعرفي لدي طلاب الفرقة الرابعة لكلية التربية الرياضية، وكان هناك تحسن في التحصيل المعرفي للمجموعة التي قامت بالتطبيق العملي لتنظيم وإدارة البطولات الرياضية مقارنة بالمجموعة التي يتم التدريس لها فقط.

The research community included students of the third year at the Faculty of Physical Education, University of Beni Suef in the academic year 2019/2020 and their total number (108 male and female students). The target sample was chosen to apply the experiment randomly and their number is (78) students. The most important results were: The existence of statistically significant differences between the control group and the experimental group in favor of the experimental group and that the practical application of the management of sports tournaments had a positive role on the cognitive achievement of students of the fourth year of the Faculty of Physical Education, and there was an improvement in the cognitive achievement of the group that carried out the practical application of organizing and managing sports tournaments compared to the group that Teaching is just her.
