المستخلص: الحمد لله وحده والصلاة والسلام على من لا نبي بعده وعلى آلة وصحبه الأطهار الأخيار ومن تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين وبعد ،،، إن مصطلح التدليس بين المتقدمين والمتأخرين من الموضوعات التي لم يتعرض لها إلا الحاذقون في هذا العلم نظراً لصعوبته ورغم أن التدليس باب من أبواب مصطلح الحديث الهامة التي يبنى عليها الحكم بصحة الحديث أو ضعفه وقد اخترت عنوان بحثي (مصطلح التدليس بين المتقدمين والمتأخرين دراسة تأصيلية نظرية تطبيقية) نظراً لاختلاف المنهج بين المتقدمين والمتأخرين في دراسة باب التدليس فلكل منهما نهج يسلكه في التعامل مع أحاديث المدلس وبناء على هذا الاختلاف تترتب العديد من الآثار في الحكم على الحديث حسب منهج كليهما ، وقد بينت في هذا البحث معنى التدليس وحكمه وأقسامه وحكم رواية المدلس عامة ثم بيان منهج المتقدمين والمتأخرين في التعامل مع رواية المدلس وأثر اختلاف المنهج بين كليهما وفي الخاتمة بينت نتائج البحث وتوصياته،، وقد استعنت بالله عز وجل وطرقت هذا الباب الصعب سائلا المولى عز وجل السداد والتوفيق والإخلاص والقبول، ولله الحمد والمنة وعليه التوكل ولاعتماد ،،
