المستخلص: أن التحول الكبير في مسار الفنون التشكيلية الذي قادته الحركات الطليعية والإبداعية التي ظهرت في العصر الحديث وتحديدا في منتصف القرن التاسع عشر وبدايات القرن العشرين، تجسد واضحا في إظهار قيمة جمالية جديدة ترفض الأساليب التقليدية في طرح الشكل وصفاته اللونية، ووصفت بالحركات اللا موضوعية أو اللا شكلية، كان الهدف منها تحديد الوظيفة المباشرة للتعبير ولغة الخطاب في الفنون البصرية بعيدا عن التمثيل ومحاكاة الواقع وقد رافق فترة ظهور تلك الحركات التشكيلية توجه نحو أسلوب عالمي في التصميم يحمل سمات واضحة في تنظيماته الشكلية من أهمها الابتعاد عن التناظر واعتماد النظام بدل منه والاهتمام بالوظيفة التي اعتبرت أحد المبادئ الأساسية للجمال وبهدف الوصول إلى جذور الأسلوب العالمي في التصميم الكرافيكي والمراحل التي مر بها تاريخ التصميم، واقترانها بالحركات الفنية التشكيلية الطليعية، في أهم حقبة تاريخية، تولد لدى الباحث مشكلة وجدها تستحق البحث ولخصها بالتساؤل الآتي ما هو أثر الحركات الفنية الحديثة على التصميم الكرافيكي في العصر الحديث في تحديد سمات البناء الشكلي والتعبيري وتحقيق أهدافه الوظيفية الجمالية. ومن هنا جاء هدف البحث بيان المتغيرات الشكلية والتنظيمية للمصممات الكرافيكية وأدائها التعبيري ومقارنة تأثرها بأساليب الحركات الفنية في العصر الحديث. واستند البحث إلى المنهج التحليلي الوصفي لمجموعة عينات خرج منها بمجموعة نتائج واستنتاجات، وهي: أسهمت الفنون الحديثة في إيجاد معايير أدائية جديدة للعملية الجمالية في التصميم التي كانت تقتصر جمالية الرسم وتقنياته لتعبر بها إلى تقنيات الكولاج والفوتو مونتاج نحو الاستعارة التعبيرية باستخدام مواد لم تطرق سابقا. تحقيق التنظيم الشكلي للعناصر مع الخلفية سواء كانت من خلال المنطق الرياضي والهندسي أو من قبيل صناعة المصادفة أفضت إلى تحول في العملية التصميمية وظهور علاقة فضائية جديدة أثرت بشكل مباشر في تحول واضح للتصميم.
