المستخلص: تشكل العلاقة القائمة بين المخرج والممثل الدعامة الرئيسية الساندة لإظهار المنجز الفني في السينما والتلفزيون، لما يحتل كلاهما من دور كبير في مهمة الإنجاز. إن قيادة المخرج للعمل الفني بمختلف مفاصله تتطلب سمتين هامتين هما (الابداع والإدارة)، فقدرات المخرج الخلاقة تعد بمثابة الإضافة الفكرية والجمالية المشبعة بالإحساس الذي يترك أثره في كل العناصر الفنية المشاركة في المنجز. أما سمة الإدارة والقيادة فذلك ما يستوجب المهارات المتعددة في التعامل على وفق المعايير الفنية والأخلاقية والإنسانية التي تسمح بنقل الأفكار والمفاهيم والرؤى إلى تلك العناصر لتجسيد وتنفيذ حركيات الفيلم أو المسلسل في اللقطة والمشهد والبناء الصوري ككل، ومن هذا البناء يشكل دور الممثل أهمية كبيرة في الخلق والابتكار وتجسيد معطيات المشهد التمثيلي بما يفجر الفكرة وحيثيات الحدث التي تتطلب أجواء يسودها الوفاق والانسجام والتعاون وتبادل الأراء والتصورات. إن التجارب الاحترافية أظهرت أسلوب كلا الدورين للمخرج والممثل بما كشف عن انطباعات وتصورات عن حقيقة عمل هذا المخرج وهذا الممثل الأمر الذي يقرب أو يبعد المسافات بينهما، وتلك خصوصية طبيعية لإرادة كل منهما، لكن العمل الفني في السينما والتلفزيون يتطلب القدرة على التوصل إلى أي مدى تستطيع العلاقة بين المخرج والممثل أن تعمل على إنجاز العمل الفني بشكل يحقق التكامل الفني والنجاح الساحق بعيدا عن المشكلات وان اختلف الاثنان في بعض التفصيلات، ويقول جوزيف لوزي (حين يكون لديك ممثل جيد يعرف ما تريد، ويبحث دائما عن أشياء داخل نفسه، ويعرف أنك لن تجعله عرضة للسخرية، سواء في موقع التصوير أو على الشاشة، يمكنك عندئذ أن ترى أشياء غير عادية تحدث). وهذا ما يخفف من حدة التقاطع بينهما وبما يخلق الأجواء المهيئة لعمل الكاميرا إذا ما اخذ المخرج الدور المهني الكبير لاحتضان الممثل ومتابعة فعله باهتمام وتشجيع، وإن حيثيات العمل في السينما والتلفزيون أفرزت جملة من المعطيات التي نستطيع من خلالها كشف طبيعة العلاقة بين المخرج والممثل والتي تتسبب في خلق المشكلات القائمة بينهما ومنها: 1-قناعة المخرج باختيار الممثلين 2-التعامل مع الممثلين 3-التجارب السابقة 4-الخروج عن النص 5-تدخلات سلطة الإنتاج 6-طبيعة الأداء
