المستخلص: تتغيا هذه الدراسة ضبط مفهوم التقصيد الجزئي، واستجلاء مساره التاريخي، وضوابطه المنهجية، ورصد آثاره في الاجتهاد، والفتوى، والدعوة، وتدين المكلفين. وكان من النتائج التي تأدت إليها الدراسة أن نضج التقصيد الجزئي - على ترادف عصوره ومشاهده التاريخية - يوزن بصحة الاستمداد، لا بوفرة النتاج، أو استقلال المقصد بالتأليف في هذا الحقل، أو سبقه الزمني، وأن المنتصب للتقصيد لابد له من معارف وشرائط تصونه عن الانحراف في الفهم، والعجلة في تعيين المقاصد، وتثمر في الآن عينه، أكلها في تسديد صناعة الفتوى، وتوسيع أوعية النصوص، وإزالة التعارض الظاهري، وحسم الخلاف، وتجديد وسائل الدعوة، وترتيب أولوياتها، وجعل تدين المكلف مطابقا لقصد الشارع، نائيا عن الممارسة الصورية الفجة للشعائر والأحكام.

This study covers controlling the concept of partial takedown, clarifying its historical path, its methodological principles, and monitoring its effects on jurisprudence, fatwa, preaching, and piety of legally competent. One of the results of the study was that the maturity of the partial takedown - according to the coincidence of its ages and historical scenes - is weighed against the validity of the derivation, not by the abundance of the product, or the independence of the intent in the composition of this field, or its precedent in time, and that the one who intended the intention must have knowledge and tapes that protect it from the deviation in Understanding, hastening to set the goals, and bearing fruit at the same time, in paying off the fatwa industry, expanding the vessels of texts, removing the apparent contradiction, resolving the dispute, renewing the means of advocacy, arranging its priorities, and making the debt of the taxpayer conform to the intent of the street, excluding the crude shameful practice of rituals and rulings.
