The study aimed to analyze the most important strategies and plans for the transition towards green growth economics in some emerging countries, namely (China - Republic of Korea), then try to extract the most important lessons from these models by applying to the Egyptian economy. This is through the descriptive analytical methodology and the SWAT tool. The experiments under study showed the benign orientations of each of China and Korea. China is the most important and largest investor in green growth applications worldwide, but at the same time suffers from a large proportion of pollution and the effects of carbon. Which made her step steadily towards green growth. At the same time, the experimental experiment applied frameworks and vital areas that helped economic growth to continue and stabilize. And saw the growing growth at economic and environmental levels moved towards shifting towards private green growth in the use of renewable energies. In Egypt, there appear to be major opportunities and challenges facing the shift towards green growth. The available opportunities possess a variety of green resources for solar energy, wind energy, water, and industrial waste, which may be a regional hub for green growth, linking industrial waste generators and potential users and recyclers to improve Efficient use of resources across industry, promoting the development of new resources for innovative small companies, creating green job opportunities, reducing the environmental impacts of industrial waste and improving the lives of Egyptian citizens. Based on the importance of the green economy in supporting the energy, agriculture and waste management sectors, as well as the opportunities this economy provides from providing employment, reducing poverty, raising the standard of living, reducing pollution, reducing environmental degradation, and increasing the competitiveness of the national economy.
