|a قسمت البحث إلى قسمين: القسم الأول: الجانب النظري وتحدثت فيه عن القسم في اللغة والاصطلاح، وبيان الفرق بين القسم والحلف، وصيغة القسم، وأنواعه، وأدواته، ثم بينت فائدة القسم في القرآن الكريم. ثم الجانب التطبيقي، وبينت فيه سر القسم بالتين والزيتون، ولماذا خصهما الله تعالي دون سائر النباتات، ثم أظهرت ما فيهما من إعجاز علمي تضمنته الآيات القرآنية وبيان الجانب الطبي لهاتين الشجرتين مستعينا في الحديث عن ذلك بما ورد من أحاديث نبوية، وما ذكر في كلام علماء التفسير والطب في القديم عن فوائد التين والزيتون في التداوي، ثم تقوية ذلك الجانب بما جاء في الطب الحديث من تجارب علمية مثبتة تؤكد صحة التداوي بهاتين الثمرتين، والانتفاع بهما ضد الأمراض والأسقام. وطالبت من خلال البحث بضرورة الكشف عن مثل هذه المعجزات الربانية التي تكمن في ثنايا الآيات القرآنية الكريمة، وإبراز ما فيها من جوانب للإعجاز العلمي.

|b I divided the research into two parts: the first section: the theoretical aspect, in which I spoke about the swearing in language and convention showing the difference between swearing and perjury and the form of swearing, its types and its tools. Then I showed the benefit of swearing in the Holy Qur’an. After that the application side in which I showed the secret of swearing with figs and olives and why God Almighty choose them out of the rest of the plants. Then I showed the scientific miraculousness in the Qur’anic verses included and the medical aspect of these two trees, with the help of talking about that with what was reported from the Hadiths (Traditions) of the Prophet and what was mentioned in the words of scholars of interpretation and medicine in ancient about the benefits of figs and olives in medication. Then strengthening that aspect with what came in modem medicine from proven scientific experiments confirming the validity of the treatment with these two fruits and benefiting from them against diseases and illnesses. Through the research I demanded the necessity to uncover such divine miracles that lie in the folds of the noble Qur’anic verses and highlighting their aspects of the scientific miraculousness.
