المستخلص: يتناول البحث التبادل في العلامة المتحولة من العالمية إلى المحلية في العرض المسرحي من خلال المعالجة الإخراجية في إنتاج رسالة وخطاب فني تواصلي واضعا عملية قراءة الخطاب والتعرف عليه من خلال مراعاة الاختلاف الثقافي والعادات والطقوس المحلية الخاصة في كل بلد، منطقة أو إقليم ويبداء البحث في تحديد مشكلة البحث وتمحورت في الإجابة عن التساؤل الآتي: ما الاشتراطات الخاصة بالعلامة من حيث تحولها بين العالمية والمحلية في القراءة الإخراجية؟ ومن ثم أهمية البحث لتحديد الاشتراطات والآليات المستخدمة في متابعة العلامة من حيث تبادليتها وتحولها بين العالمية والمحلية في العرض المسرحي العراقي. وبالتوقف عند حدود البحث الموضوعية في تناول عرض مسرحي والذي وظف العلامة وتحولاتها وتبادلية تلك التحولات كعرض في عام (2012) ومن ثم تعريف المصطلحات والتعريف الإجرائي. وبعدها الإطار النظري، وقسم إلى مبحثين، يستعرض المبحث الأول: مفهوم العلامة وماهيتها وتحولها. وطريقة الاشتغال والتبادل العلاماتي بين ثقافة وأخرى وجاء المبحث الثاني: الاشتغال الجمالي لتبادلية تحول العلامة في القراءة الإخراجية. وما هو التأثير الذي تتركه العلامة المتحولة بين العالمية والمحلية على المتلقي. ومن خلال الإطار النظري توصل الباحث إلى عدد من المؤشرات التي طبقها على العينة المختارة من خلال إجراءات البحث فقد اشتمل على إجراءات البحث على مجتمع البحث وحدوده وأخذ نموذج لعينة منتخبة من مجتمع البحث ليرى إمكانية اشتغال مؤشرات الإطار النظري على هذه العينة المتكونة من نموذج واحد هو مسرحية (روميو وجولييت في بغداد) وفي نهاية البحث توصل الباحثان إلى النتائج ومنها أن العرض المسرحي عبارة عن توظيف ما يمكن توظيفه من فنون وثقافات وعلوم وتقنيات حديثة عالمية أو محلية من أجل إنتاج خطاب يعتمد على التناغم بين الفكر والشكل لإنتاج مضمون ذات طابع متفرد مراعين فيه الثقافة المحلية لكل منطقة وكيفية تكييف النصوص والعروض العالمية للتحولات والتبادلات العلاماتية التي تلائم تلك الثقافة من أجل خلق اكبر تأثير ممكن على المتلقي وبعدها الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمصادر.

The research deals with the exchange of the transformational mark from the universal to the local in the theatrical presentation through the processing of the output in the production of a message and a technical communication letter, thus making the process of reading the speech and recognizing it by taking into account the different cultural differences, customs and rituals in each country, region, The problem of the research focused on the following question: What are the requirements for the flag in terms of its transformation between the global and local in the read-out? And then the importance of research to determine the requirements and mechanisms used in the follow-up of the mark in terms of its interplay and transformation between global and local in the Iraqi theater. and stop at the limits of substantive research in the presentation of theatrical play, which employed the mark its transformations and reciprocity of these transformations as a presentation in (2012) and then the definition of terms and procedural definition. The second section deals with the concept of the mark, its essence, its transformation, the method of work and the symbolic exchange between one culture and another, and the second: the aesthetic preoccupation of the substitution of the mark in the exegative reading and the effect that the shifting mark leaves between the local and the local. Through the theoretical framework, the researcher reached a number of indicators that it applied to the selected sample through the research procedures. It included the research procedures on the research community and its boundaries and took a model for a selected sample from the research community to see the possibility of operating theoretical framework indicators on this sample, (Romeo and Juliet in Baghdad) and then move to the research tools in order to start the analysis of the sample based on the descriptive approach in the analysis process and test the theoretical framework indicators and their effectiveness in the aesthetic, technical and technical work At the end of the research, the researcher reached the results, including that theatrical presentation is to employ what can be employed from the arts, cultures, sciences and modern international or local techniques in order to produce a speech based on the harmony of thought and form to produce a content of a unique nature, taking into account the local culture of each region, And the international presentations of the transformations and the symbolic exchanges that are appropriate to that culture in order to create the greatest possible impact on the recipient.
