المستخلص: هذا البحث تناول نموذجا لنقد أساليب التأويل عند النحويين، وهو جزم الفعل المضارع بغير أداة ظاهرة مع دلالته على الأمر، حيث رأى بعض النحويين جواز إضمار لام الأمر تقديرا للمعنى، وأيد مذهبهم ما جاء من شواهد نثرية وشعرية تشهد لهم، ولجأ الآخرون إلى التأويل؛ تمسكا بعدم جواز إضمار الجازم، وبقاء عمله، فدارت الدراسة حول محورين تمثل الأول منهما في الكشف عن مفهوم التأويل، وأبرز أسبابه وصوره، واختلاف النحويين حول الجزم بلام الأمر مضمرة. وتمثل المحور الثاني في عرض آراء النحويين في المسألة، وما صدر عنهم من وجوه متعددة للشواهد مع ذكر جهات الاعتراض على كل وجه منها، وبعد العرض والتحليل خلصت الدراسة إلى ترجيح مذهب سيبويه وجمهور النحويين مع ذكر أدلة الترجيح، وأوصت الدراسة بالتريث في الحكم على أقوال المتقدمين من النحويين، وضرورة التكامل بين المعنى والصناعة النحوية في عرض الشواهد النحوية.

This research studies a model of the criticism of the grammar scholars' methods of interpretation which is putting the present verb in the jussive case without an apparent indication of it in the existence of an imperative connotation, as some grammarians approved the omission of the imperative letter "ل" for the meaning's consideration. Their approach approved the mentioned evidences of prose and poetry that assures their view, while others turned to the interpretation and kept up to the inadmissibility of omitting the jussive case indicator with its continuous work. The study was based on two axes; the first is represented in attempting to reveal the notion of "interpretation", its main causes and shapes, and the grammarians' disagreement about the jussive case using its indicator, the omitted imperative "ل". The second axis is represented in viewing the grammarians' opinions of the matter and what they invented of the varied proofs mentioning the objection reasons of each of it. After the exposition and analysis, the researcher extracted opting for the approach of Sibawayh and the majority of the grammarians, and mentioning the proofs of his opinion. The study recommended loitering through judging the modern grammar scholars and the necessity of the integration of meaning and grammar foundation through viewing the grammatical evidences.
