المستخلص: تضمن البحث خمسة مباحث: إذ احتوي الباب الأول على مقدمة البحث وأهميته والتي تلخصت بإدخال جهاز بمثير سمعي تم تعديله من قبل الباحثان لغرض الاختبار والقياس لمتغير زمن الاستجابة الحركية ذلك بإعطاء الإيعاز أو الإشارة للقيام بالاختبار وباحتساب الوقت المستغرق للاختبار إلكترونيا وبشكل دقيق وفعلي. أما أهداف البحث. 1. تعديل جهاز بمثير سمعي يقيس زمن الاستجابة الحركية لطلاب كلية التربية البدنية لعلوم الرياضة -جامعة بغداد، 2. بناء وتقنين اختبار باستخدام جهاز بمثير سمعي لقياس زمن الاستجابة الحركية لطلاب كلية التربية البدنية لعلوم الرياضة -جامعة بغداد. أما المبحث الثاني فتناول مجموعة من المحاور النظرية التي لها العلاقة مباشرة بالبحث ومتغيراته. والمبحث الثالث قام الباحثان باختيار المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي لحل مشكلة البحث وتم اختيار مجتمع عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية وتكون مجتمع الأصل والمتمثل بطلاب كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضية بجامعة بغداد والبالغ عددهم الكلي (701) للعام الدراسي (2014-2015) مقسمين إلى أربعة مراحل إذ تم اختيار عينة مكونة من (50) طالبا من كل مرحلة اختيارا عشوائيا بطريقة القرعة إذ يصبح العدد الكلي (200) طالبا، وكانت نسبتهم تشكل (28.54%). أما الباب الرابع فتضمن عرض النتائج للاختبار المصمم من قبل الباحثان، فضلا عن استخراج مستويات معيارية للاختبار ونسب مئوية لكل مستوى على أداء أفراد العينة، وفي ضوء ذلك فقد تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات وهي: 1. أن جهاز المثير السمعي الذي تم تعديله قد حقق الغرض الذي وضع من أجله وهو قياس زمن الاستجابة الحركية إلكترونيا وبدقة عالية، 2. التوصل إلى وضع درجات معيارية وتحديد مستويات معيارية لاختبار زمن الاستجابة الحركية بالمثير والسمعي. وأوصي الباحثان: 1. استخدام الاختبار الذي تم بنائه لغرض قياس زمن الاستجابة الحركية بالنسبة لطلاب كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة – جامعة بغداد، 2. إجراء دراسة مشابهة بالنسبة للإناث لغرض قياس زمن الاستجابة الحركية.

The study consist d of five chapters: Chapter One included the introduction and the importance of the study which is summed up by introducing an apparatus with an audio stimulus designed by the researcher to test and measure the variable of motor reaction time by giving the order or the signal to take the test and measure the duration of the test electronically and accurately. The aims of the study: 1. Modifying an apparatus with an audio stimulus to measure the time of motor reaction for the students of Physical Education and Sports Science College-Baghdad University, 2. Building and standardizing a test using an apparatuses with an audio stimulus to measure the time of motor reaction for the students of Physical Education and Sports Science College-Baghdad University. Chapter Two included some topics that are directly related to the variables of the study. Chapter Three tackled the method of the study and its procedures. The researcher has adopted the descriptive method using survey approach because it is the best to solve the problem of the study. The original community of the study has been intentionally selected to represent (701) students of Physical Education and Sports Sciences College- Baghdad University for the academic year 2014-2015. Totally, (200) students were randomly selected (50) students of each stage to represent the subject of the study. They have rated (28.54%) percent of the total number. In Chapter Four however the results of the test designed by the researcher were displayed and percentages of subjects’ levels of performance were extracted. In the light of the forgoing, the researcher came out with some important conclusions namely: 1. The designed apparatus with the audio stimulus has met the aim to measure the time of motor reaction electronically and with high accuracy, 2. Standard degrees to be set and standard levels to be determined to the test of motor reaction time with the audio stimulus. The researcher recommended the need to: 1. Use the test which has been built to measure the time of motor reaction for the students of Physical Education and Sports Science College- Baghdad University, 2. Conduct a similar study to measure the time of motor reaction for females.
