المستخلص: تشغل الفضاءات الداخلية الطبية اهتمام واسع، لما توفره من رعاية صحية للمرضى، فلابد أن يهتم بها من الجانب الوظيفي (الأدائي)، لتحقيق الراحة البصرية والنفسية والجسدية لغرض الوصول إلى الأداء الجيد للكادر الطبي، ولهذا وجد ضرورة التعرف على تلك الفضاءات الداخلية بشكل أعمق، وهل أنها ملاءمة للمرتكزات التصميمية المتعارف عليها؟، لذلك تم تسليط الضوء على الفضاءات الداخلية للمختبرات الطبية، وقد تناول البحث المشكلة وأهميتها والهدف وتحديد المصطلحات، وشمل الإطار النظري مبحثين، فتناول المبحث الأول الشكل وخصائصه والعناصر المعرفة للفضاء الداخلي وأما المبحث الثاني فهو التنظيم الشكلي في الفضاء الداخلي للمختبرات الطبية والعناصر البصرية، أما إجراءات البحث فقد اعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي في تحليل العينة عن طريق استمارة التحليل التي شملت محاور نتجت عن مؤشرات الإطار النظري، وقد تم اختيار عينة البحث بشكل قصدي، وفي نهاية الدراسة البحثية يتم عرض أهم النتائج والاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات، ومن أبرز النتائج البحثية للدراسة الحالية. 1- لم تتحقق الخصائص الوظيفية والبصرية لفضاء المختبر في مستشفى بغداد التعليمي بشكل يناسب الوظيفة المؤدات إذ اتسمت بجزئية التعبير لتلك الخصائص على عكس فضاء المختبر في مستشفى النعمان العام. 2- اتسم التنظيم الشكلي للفضاء في مختبر مستشفى بغداد التعليمي بهيئته البسيطة التي عززت من توزيع قطع الأثاث إلا أن الكثرة العددية أثرت سلبا على حركة الكادر الطبي إذ كان غير مدروسا مع مساحة الفضاء، بينما تحقق التنظيم الشكلي في مختبر مستشفى النعمان العام، بشكل يلائم الفضاء ويناسب وظيفته وحركة المستخدمين مما تعزز عبر التنظيم الشكلي للأثاث.

The medical internal spaces are of great interest, because they provide medical care for patients, thus they should be taken care of functionally, to achieve physical, psychological and visual comfort in order to achieve good performance of the medical staff. Therefore, it has been necessary to identify the internal spaces more deeply and whether they are suitable for the recognized design foundations? That's why the internal space of the medical laboratory has been highlighted. The research addressed the problem and its importance and defining the terms. The theoretical framework consists of two sections, the first addressed the shape and its characteristics and the elements that identify the internal space. The second section dealt with the formal organization in the medical laboratories and the visual elements. As for the research procedures, the research adopted the descriptive approach in the sample analysis through the analysis form, which consisted of axes resulting from the indicators of the theoretical framework. The research sample has been intentionally chosen. At the end of the research, the most important results, conclusions, recommendations and suggestions are presented and among the most prominent results of the current study are: 1-The functional and visual characteristics of the laboratory space at Baghdad teaching hospital were not fulfilled in a way compatible with the performed job, as they were characterized by partial expression of those properties, unlike the laboratory space at Al-Nu'maan general hospital. 2- The formal organization of the space at the laboratory of Baghdad teaching hospital was characterized by its simple shape which enhances the distribution of pieces of furniture, yet the numerical abundance negatively affected the movability of the medical staff, because it was ill-considered with regard to the space area, whereas the formal organization was achieved in the laboratory of Al-Nu'maan general hospital in a way that suits the space, its function and the movability of employees, which is enhanced by the formal organization of the furniture.
