المستخلص: موضوع البحث دراسة تعريفية بالإمام رضي الدين محمد بن محمد السرخسي الحنفي المتوفى سنة (571ه)، وكتابة المحيط الرضوي في الفقه الحنفي الذي يعتبر من أهم المصنفات المتقدمة في فروع الحنفية، وهو من مبسوطات ومطولات كتب المذهب، وقد اعتمد عليه كثير من فقهاء الحنفية الذين أتوا بعد المؤلف، لكونه قد اشتمل على أهم المتون الفقهية المتقدمة في المذهب، وقد اعتنى هذا البحث بدراسة منهج المؤلف في هذا الكتاب وطريقة عرضه للمسائل، ودراسة المصطلحات الفقهية التي اشتمل عليها، ويبرز هذا البحث عناية المؤلف بالأدلة الشرعية وهي ميزة كبيرة في مؤلفات الحنفية المتقدمة، ويبرز كذلك اهتمام المؤلف بالخلاف الفقهي العالي، والخلاف داخل المذهب، وقد أوصى الباحث بالعناية بكتب السلف، وإحياء هذا التراث العظيم، وإخراجه للناس ليستفيدوا منه، كما أوصى ببيان جهود علماء الأمة في التأليف، ودراسة مناهجهم وطرقهم التي ساروا عليها، وخصوصاً المناهج والمصطلحات الفقهية التي لا غنى للباحث في مسائل الفقه عنها.

This research paper is a biographical study of Imam Raḍiyyuddῑn Muhammad bin Muhammad As-Sarkhasῑ Al-Hanafῑ, who died in the year 571 AH. It is also an introductory study of his book The Raḍiyyan Compendium in the Hanafi Jurisprudence, which is considered one of the most important advanced works in the branches of the Hanafῑ school of jurisprudence. This book is one of the most elaborate books with lengthy explanation of this school of jurisprudence. Being so comprehensive, it incorporates the most important previous core texts of the Hanafῑ school. This book was the basis upon which many Hanafῑ jurists who came after the author relied. This research paper scrutinizes the methodology of the author of this book and his way of presenting its subject matter. It studies the jurisprudence terms incorporated in this book. It highlights the author's due attention paid to legal evidence, which is considered a great advantage in the early books of the Hanafῑ doctrine. It also underlines the author’s interest in the sophisticated jurisprudential disagreement as well as disagreement within the doctrine. The researcher has recommended taking care of predecessors' books, reviving their great heritage and bringing it out to people to benefit from. He recommends other researchers to point out the efforts of the Muslim Nation's scholars in authorship and to study their methodologies and the approaches they have adopted, especially in the juristic curricula and terms that are indispensable to researchers in juristic issues.
