المستخلص: يعد المخاطب شريك المخاطب في عملية التواصل، فأي متكلم لا ينتج كلامه إلا لمخاطب معين، وقد كانت هذه الفكرة ماثلة في أذهان النحاة العرب، ومن النحاة الذين اعتنوا بالمخاطب وتوجهوا إليه رضي الدين الاستراباذي (ت 686 ه) في شرحه لكافية ابن الحاجب (ت 646 ه)، حيث كان للمخاطب حضور عند الرضي في توجيه كثير من الأحكام النحوية، ولذا توجه هذا البحث لتحري ذلك عنده؛ منطلقا من أن فكرة (أثر المخاطب) قد تأسست لدى سيبويه، وتحددت معالمها عنده، ثم تطورت عند النحاة الخالفين له، فإذا وصلت الرضي كانت أكثر نضوحا وظهورا، بحيث يعد تلمس ذلك عنده جمعا لجهود سابقيه، وبيان فكرهم في صورتها اللاحقة، وثوبها المتقدم. ثم تحددت المبادئ التداولية لتكون الإطار الحاكم لهذه الدراسة، بكون العناية بالمخاطب والتوجه إليه وإشراكه في عملية الكلام لم يكن إلا أثرا من آثار الدراسات التداولية والوظيفية. مع ما في هذا من تلاق بين الفكرين النحوي العربي، والتداولي، ولم يعد خافيا أن النحاة العرب قد سبقوا التداوليين في العناية بالعلاقة بين المتكلم والمخاطب، وإن غاب عنهم التأصيل والتنظير، ولذا يقع كثير مما وجه به الرضي الأحكام النحوية التي تتعلق بالمخاطب في صميم العمل التداولي، ويفسر بأحكامه ومبادئه. وقد جاء البحث في مقدمة، وتمهيد، ومبحثين، وخاتمة.

The addressee is considered the partner of the addressee in the communication process, so any speaker who produces his words only for a specific addressee, and this idea was evident in the minds of Arab grammarians, and among the grammarians who took care of the addressees and went to Radhi Al-Din Al-Istrabadi in his explanation of Kafia Ibn Al-Hajib he has The addressee had a presence when he was pleased with the guidance of many grammatical rulings, and therefore he directed this research to investigate this with him. Based on the idea that (the impact of the addressee) was established with Sibawayh, and its features were determined by him, then it developed at the grammarians who disagree with him. Then, the deliberative principles were determined to be the ruling framework for this study, by the fact that caring for the addressees, addressing him and involving him in the speech process was only one of the effects of deliberative and functional studies. With what is in this convergence between Arab grammatical and deliberative ideas, it is no longer a secret that Arab grammarians have preceded deliberative care in the relationship between the speaker and the addressee, and if they are absent from their rooting and theorizing, and therefore much of what the guided by the grammatical rulings that relate to the speeches at the heart of the work Deliberative, and explains its provisions and principles. The research came in the introduction, preamble, two topics and a conclusion.
