|a يتناول البحث دراسة ونشرا لوثيقة عرفية من العصر العثماني. تقدم هذه الوثيقة في إطار عرض لظاهرة شاعت منذ العصور الوسطى - وتثبت الوثيقة امتدادها للعصر العثماني - ألا وهى "إعادة استخدام الوثائق". هي ظاهرة حظيت باهتمام الدراسات التاريخية منذ تسعينيات القرن الماضي، ولم يقدم حولها أية بحوث وثائقية. فيقدم البحث تمهيدا موجزا يعرض فيه لبعض جوانب من اهتمام هذه الدراسات بهذه الظاهرة والدور المنشود للدراسات الوثائقية فيها، ثم تقديما يعرض فيه تعريفا لهذه الظاهرة وأهمية هذا الموضوع للدراسة وأخيرا دراسة ونشرﺍ لنموذج الوثيقة.

|f The research studies and publishes a customary document from the Ottoman era. This document is presented as part of a demonstration of a phenomenon that has been common since the Middle Ages. This document evidences the extension of this phenomenon to the Ottoman era, i.e., the “reusing of documents.” It is a phenomenon that has received the attention of historical studies since the 1990s, and no documentary research about it has been submitted. The research provides a brief introduction in which it presents some aspects of the interest of these studies in this phenomenon and the desired role of documentary studies in it. It then presents a foreword in which it provides a definition of this phenomenon and its importance for study and finally, the study and publication of the document model.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021
